Blasting music in the kitchen on a Friday night which is fine I guess, but the cashier couldn’t hear my order, and he seemed irritated by it. He asked the people working in the kitchen to turn down the music because he couldn’t hear the customers talking to him. My order was wrong, partly I think because he couldn’t hear properly, and I had to drive back to get it fixed.
The kitchen worker who was told to turn the music down gave me my correct order and apologized, but the chicken was tiny nubs with really small pieces of chicken inside like he was trying to just get me out the door, so they only gave me the smallest chicken pieces to warm it up faster. It was literally the chicken from the bottom of the bag that’s mostly bread with the chicken scraps inside. There was so much garlic sauce poured on top and it was too salty and overcooked and rock hard.
Just thrown together with no effort and I was hosting a dinner. They have a lot of really young people working there which is fine, but assess maturity level when hiring. It was subpar for the price.
It wouldn’t hurt for the owners or managers to do random walk ins during shifts, to make sure the staff is on task, so they aren't too comfortable just messing around and making bad food for people. I don’t eat out often so it was just a...
Read more2nd update: Kai deserves a raise. Apologetic. Helped me out. Was very pleasant. Had his manager come talk to me. They made it right and said they would remake the whole order since by the time I get back home it would be cold. Bumped my rating from 1 star to 5. Not perfect but they tried to make it right which to me is 5 star worthy.
Update: While waiting they asked me what flavors came with the order choice. I had to look it up on their website and tell them what came with the flavor invasion. Then when I got home I had no dipping sauces. Not the end of the world but the straw that broke the camels back. Having to drive back. Just really poor experience.
Original Post: I just came to order. Literally the only person here. All employees standing around but it’s new so not a problem. Ordered and they said 18+ minutes. I had already paid so I waited but if they are 18-20 minutes with not a soul here I can only imagine how long it takes when they have actual traffic...
Read moreEverything about this store and it’s workers are amazing. The customer service and friendliness of my host, Jacoby, couldn’t have been more excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable on the store’s product, and helpful in recommending me flavors. He completed my order in a timely manner, and his production of the wings was better than I’ve ever seen from any wing chain. He is by far the best employee I’ve had make and take my order, and has won over my loyalty to the vineyard wingstop. I only waited 5-6 minutes, and my order was done! I will 100% be returning, not only for the extraordinary wings, but for the excellent interaction I had with Jacoby. They have never messed up my order in the 20+ times I’ve visited the store. They have even given me extra wings before. I was not paid or asked to write this review, I am just genuinely shocked with the satisfaction I have of this store and its workers. I will be recommending this to everyone I know. Good job wingstop,...
