My friend and I are here as we speak and we already had a 45 min wait for a table which was fine because we agreed to that. However, we were seated and not given any silverware. Meanwhile, every table after us received menus and silverware when seated. Next we sat here for 20 mins before we had to go ask who was serving the table we were seated at because we hadn't been greeted or tended to for drinks. After going to ask for a server it still took another 5-10 minutes before someone came over. Once she came over we ordered drinks and food together because at this point we've had time to review the ENTIRE menu. It took another 10 minutes to get out drinks. Dear God I'm starving at this point!!! Now we are waiting for our food and who knows how long that will take. I am from VA and I know for a fact my experiences with First Watch there are totally different from the experience at this location. They have always been great but this location is totally awful this time around. The servers don't seem to have no drive to help the customers or any sense of urgency. This may be the last time I come to this location. I'll drive all the way to West Egg Cafe, Murphy's or Thumbs Up before I come where it's convenient. This showed me convenience isn't always good. Sometimes you have to go with Quality and today First Watch was piss poor in this department. I didn't rate the food for I am STILL WAITING!! So I received my food and it was good. Now all of that time and it only took 5 minutes after bringing our food that the server came back with the check. Ain't that something?? I had to nearly have a migraine headache to eat but you were picking my wallet before I could even digest my food. This will be the last time I come back here. I'll go to one of my other favorites or stay home and cook. First Watch was soooo disappointing. Then the server was saying thank you to the people checking out she served but nothing to us. She probably saw no tip on the table but we tipped on my card. Sounds like they need to teach manners to these young folks working there. Everyone seemed so...

If you want to LOSE WEIGHT, EAT HERE...the mediocre food and slow service will ensure that you are fasting properly and won't be tempted to over-eat.
We waited for over 40 minutes to get two cups of coffee, (apparently according to Cynthia our server), nobody pushed the button to start the coffee brewing.
Add to that the unusual dining experience of having a server old enough to be your grandmother and actually acted like your grandmother...this woman (Cynthia) actually lifted the folded napkin off my plate after I asked for the check and peered at my plate in a most disapproving manner, as if I were a small child that hadn't finished his vegetables, and asked incredulously if I hadn't enjoyed the meal. (It was mostly unfinished.)
She might have known, had she ever bothered to check on our table a single time during the nearly two hour long ordeal of dining there, she seemed baffled at my explanation. The eggs (Ham and GruyĆØre Cheese omelet) was utterly devoid of flavor or seasoning, the potatoes were cool to the touch, the Belgian waffle was barely warm and the toast was cold. A cold bag of chemotherapy would have been preferable.
Only when she thought her tip might be in jeopardy did she feign interest in the wants or needs of our dining party. For a group of four it was close to $200 for the most unsatisfactory breakfast I ever experienced...and I've eaten powdered eggs off the hood of a Humvee in the Iraqi desert before.
Don't go here unless you like to want to keep on your diet and are looking for alternative ways to waste your Sunday morning while also spending a sizeable sum of money. I was robbed of nearly two hours of my life that can never be returned.
Save your money, your time, and your taste buds and just go eat at Denny's where at least the food tastes good and even at 2:00 am they have better service. OF all the places to eat in Atlanta, THIS IS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter trying to contact the store with my poor experience feedback for almost 3 weeks, I have decided to leave a public review. I visited this location on June 11, was sat around 12:00 and ordered almost immediately upon seating. After ordering and waiting 45+ minutes for food, my server brought food for the rest of the table, but let me know that my meal could not be made and I would need to pick something else, but that it would take a while to be made. I understand a wait on a busy Sunday and expected to wait the amount of time we did, but to bring the rest of the tables' food and wait until the other meals were complete to tell me there was a problem with mine was frustrating. From there, my guest and I decided to get his food to-go and leave as we were not willing to wait again for the food while he ate alone or have him wait to eat as his food got cold. We then asked to speak to a manager to express our frustrations while our to-go food was bagged. We waited 10 minutes and our server said the manager was unavailable and she would get another manager. We waited another 10 minutes and no one came, so we took a business card from the host on our way out. Upon getting home, the to-go food was incorrect and we were missing extras that we paid for. My frustration continues when I tried to contact the manager listed on the business card, and got an undeliverable message. I reached out again via the website the same day and now, almost three weeks later have not heard back. The original experience was frustrating, however the experience continued to go downhill after leaving with the incorrect food and lack of communication from this location.
Note: Our server, CC, was great and tried her best to assist.
Update: I reached out to corporate again on July 3 after receiving the comment below and today, July 10, they still have not...
