4/5 STARS for now :)
The very first time I went here I was greeted upon entering. It was a very clean, welcoming space. There was a man and a woman who were working and they were extremely friendly and gave me time to choose what I wanted on the menu!
When I ordered the woman made sure to repeat everything back to me to make sure my order was correct and it was exactly how I wanted! The customer service was one of the best that I've seen.
paying in cash gave me a discount! (how generous!)
How did it TASTE?
I'm going to be very honest here. I got a matcha milk tea with some extra changes regarding sugar, ice, and added cheese foam. The drink tasted DELICIOUS itself. Definitely one of my favorites and matcha can be hard to make. However, here are some things that I think can be improved on.
The boba consistency/texture was not the greatest. It seemed very overcooked and expanded a lot. It probably retained a lot of the water/mixture that it was boiled in. It had a slight chewiness to it and it would dissipate very easily upon a chew. HOWEVER, the boba itself, despite the consistency, was actually very tasty!
I think they forgot to give me my cheese foam because there was none on the top. I realized this after leaving but it's okay; businesses are bound to make mistakes-- nobody is perfect.
I believe I paid around $8 for my drink and I chose a medium. I did think it was slightly overpriced because the medium looked more like a small to me. (6.25 + 1.00 + 1.00) Each topping/foam/etc. is $1 extra. To each their own!
For right now, I understand the business is in the early stages hence why I gave 5 stars instead of a 4 star. I do think they have the ability to become better and I don't want to write a negative review because these are businesses that care about their customers. I only want to give points where they can improve and praise the good things they are already doing. This is all my opinion so feel free to go try them out! PLEASE, don't let my review stop you...
Read moreI love this little Boba shop in downtown Vinton! If you haven't been I highly recommend, even if you don't like boba they have different coffees, slushies, and smoothies! Everything is customizable and made to order. The owners are so kind and friendly, really the sweetest. This is their first time having a business so please stop by and show them your love! This is a great hangout location for kids, pre teens, and teens in a safe location, they have seating and board games too! The shop is always clean and smells wonderful.
The drinks I've had so far have all been AMAZING! I will continue to come here over the place in Valley View anyway because they feel much more personable here at Panda Boba, and they actually care about their customers.

Panda Boba is an absolute treasure! Tucked away in the heart of downtown Vinton, this cozy little boba shop and tea house is the kind of place you stumble upon once and keep coming back to forever. It’s owned and operated by an incredibly kind and welcoming family who put their hearts into every drink they serve.
The boba is consistently superb—perfectly chewy, fresh, and flavorful. My personal favorite is the sea salt coffee boba with cheese foam on top. It’s rich, smooth, and balanced, with just the right hint of saltiness to complement the sweet and creamy layers.
The shop itself has a relaxed, inviting vibe—whether you’re picking up something to-go or settling in for a quiet moment with a cup of something special. Panda Boba is the kind of place that makes you feel like a regular from your very first visit.
Highly recommend supporting this wonderful...
