Showed up for a mobile order at 9pm, 2 hours before posted closing time. Place was devoid of life and it turned out they were all dodging customers in the back. Told us it was "closed" but there was absolutely nothing indicating that. The freezer doors were open and there was a wrapped burger just sitting on the rack. They were just chilling in the walk-in or something.
We called out one of them slinking in the back and suddenly they're not closed anymore and are pumping out orders. They obviously knew they got caught because they sheepishly shoved the order at us through the window and scurried off. Pretty sure we ended up with that old rack burger I mentioned earlier. It was cold, but the fries were fresh. Fabulous.
Tried contacting anyone in BK customer service and of course it throws me in an automated bot loop. Would have outright stolen my money if we hadn't stayed back to talk to someone about it. The rest of their customer service is equally impossible to navigate, you will be hard-pressed to get in contact with a human being, be it on phone or through live chat.
Surprise double review: Subway throws you in the same loop and I actually did lose money to them because they magically "lost" any evidence of a purchase from us, even though they are face-to-face with our order confirmation email. These services are blatantly intentionally designed to make it look like you can get your money back when it's actually impossible.

Second time around.... I go inside.... your manager Alicia, tells me she has her best cook.... fixing the order... I get the order... get home.... and still..... the same sandwich, but it was hot this time...
Third time.... I just went back and asked for a refund.... Tried calling, could never get an answer... was told that the phone would ring 3 times, and stop before the manager could get to it.... there were also other people leave g with their orders, that were passing me saying " Good Luck ".... Your manager was courteous, but really, that does nothing for the 3 trips I had to make, only to end up having to...

She took my order and gave me a cup for my drink, so I went over there and something was wrong with the drink machine. I figured I was doing something wrong when trying to select what kind of drink I wanted and also the flavor, so I tried to figure out what was wrong and also had a friend helping me. Instead of asking if I needed help, her and another coworker just watched me (I guess they didn’t have anything else better to do since it was dead in there) the entire 5 mins that I was at the drink machine laughing.
