Probably one of the best places to get fast food burgers. The food that you get for the price, is very good. Hamburgers definitely taste like they've been cooked on the grill (versus being charbroiled). The fries are decent, as well. Their biggest downfall is the extremely poor service. Up to this point, I think Taco Bell wins in the department of ineptitude by their employees, but Cook Out is quickly catching up. Every time I go, my order is incorrect. When you get something to go, that typically means you don't have time to check behind them regarding every specific thing you've ordered, however, like Taco Bell, I'm beginning to realize that you need to check everything before you pull away. For example, I ordered a regular size cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, mustard and catsup. When I got home and unwrapped it, it had a drop of mustard and catsup, onions, NO cheese and a couple of pickles. Like that wasn't bad enough, I ordered chili fries for my wife. When she opened it up there were fries with cheese and NO chili! Really? Their poor service will be their undoing. I've talked about this with several friends and they all agree that this is something they really need to focus on with their employees. They've got it going on regarding the taste of their food. If you eat in, at least it's easier to go back up to the counter and get the correct order. *Best thing on the menu is their banana and hot fudge shake! A-Maz-Ing! (I mean, if you're falling off of the healthy food diet, go BIG or...

Cookout General Booth is off to a GREAT start! I had arrived expecting to go inside and get my food to go, because I wanted to bring home a paper menu. But with the line to the door, I opted to skip the menu for today and go through the drive-thru. And I am not unhappy with that decision! Both lines were relatively long, but they moved fast. After the young lady asked to take my order, she allowed me to give her my order WITHOUT interrupting me after every word I said. When I had a question about menu items, I could tell she was listening because there was no hesitation with her response. Very grateful for that. (She was so good, I was suspect whether my order was thigo to be right. Everything was perfect!) When I got up to the window I could see management was well prepared for this Grande opening because they were well staffed, two people at each drive-thru window and many other staff members in support of the whole operation, all seemed to be working like a well oiled machine. The young lady who greeted me at the window, was very pleasant, friendly, and proficient. I can't say enough good things things everything I observed for the wonderful Grande Opening! 😊 I truly hope that this Cookout doesn't lose all of this great customer service and deliciously prepared food once they get in full swing. Congrats on your opening! Looking forward to many more Cookout meals...

It is 9:52pm on Jan 23, 2019. The dining room is currently empty. I came into this location to order a simple strawberry milkshake. The cashier told me to hold up a minute so she could talk to someone sweeping the dining area then she went to the kitchen and didn't come back out for another 5 minutes. After finally placing my order and while waiting for my shake. A trio of customers came in inquiring about when the dining room closes. They were told the drive thru closes at 3am but they don't know when the dining room closes. First of all, if the employee doesn't know the answer, they should definitely find out and let the customer know! Secondly, how do you work for an establishment and not know the hours of operation? Thirdly, my stawrberry milkshake has strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla all over the cup, lid, and mixed on top of my shake! Are your employees even trained in safe handling of food? I'm scared to eat the food now due to cross contamination. I think this location rushed to open so quickly that you didn't train your employees. Finally, hire some people that act like they want a job. No one here smiles or acts courteous. I need a job and would value it. I would never treat your customers the way that I and the other patrons were treated tonight. Very sad that people take no pride in their jobs and that these employees...

Our first experience at Cook Out was disappointing. The cashier displayed a poor attitude and unhelpful customer service, making our inquiries feel unwelcome. Especially with her bad attitude and neck rolling, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with answering questions about their menu, or be at work. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, particularly near the soda machine it looked like the floor had not been mopped in weeks. The BBQ sandwich was dry and flavorless, only improved by a touch of Louisiana hot sauce, while the burger was similarly lacking in moisture. The highlight of the meal was the cheese quesadilla. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Clean restaurant, average food at an affordable price. We tried the burgers, fries, onion rings and hush puppies: burgers were good, very much like a backyard burger but the toppings were skimpy. Everything else tasted like it was all fried in the same oil. Sad that the combos appear to all be served in styrofoam containers. The ketchup also comes in small squeeze packages, a waste. Service was good, wait was just a few minutes for food. Liked the self serve drink fountain. If we go again, it would be to try the shakes.
