If I could give this store 0 stars I would have because they damn sure don’t deserve the one star I had to give them. Around 12:30 AM I called to make an order young lady answered the phone. She’s unprofessional asking about the specialist. She’s just not giving me the details instead of answering. They just put me on hold for several minutes so I hang up call back young man answers who claims he’s the manager Well later find out he’s the manager. I’m put a hold for 10 minutes. Ask him do you guys usually leave people in hold for 10 minutes he hangs up on me. I call back. He hangs up on me. I’ll call back. He hangs up on me so I call from a different number. He answers ask him. Did you hang up on me, he said I sure did he said did you lose your attitude to start with? I never had an attitude after I got hung up on you damn right ahead an attitude who wouldn’t so I asked him to speak to the manager several times then he tells me I am the manager and that don’t tell you something I don’t know what will don’t order from these people. Their service sucks. They’re disrespectful and they let people like this run their stores that’s the face of Chinelo‘s Ridiculous. I don’t even like those. I was only ordering there because it was the only place open. I contacted their corporate office and I am currently waiting to be called back, but I strongly feel this guy and this girl needs to be fired cause they are incompetent when it comes to run in the store. I don’t know who decided they had the skills to run a store or to be a manager or whatever but that person needs to be fired too because clearly they’re not good if they think that this person‘s OK with running the store I’m not sure if the cause recorded but I’m hoping so because this guy was extremely rude and I feel corporate should definitely hear how he spoke to me. They deliver till 1AM! Thank Goodness, right? WRONG, their manager is beyond rude. He took our order and became extremely impatient with us when we stumbled across the credit card number. Then when we asked him for his name, he told us that our order would be delivered in 30-40 minutes... So again we (politely) asked for his name again... He then informed us that he was canceling our order and hung up. HOW RUDE?! But some people are just grumpy... I was going to ignore the .."misunderstand".. but then I checked my bank account and the total was already withdrawn. So I called back to inquire about the charge. He said our food was on the way... But how is that possible if he cancelled it?!?!
He then switched up his story and blamed us for the entire encounter... Saying that we were a problem from the start... THAT WE GAVE HIM TROUBLE. My husband is in the military... Let me tell you, I know how to speak to a man with respect. So please don't tell me I spoke to you crazy.
He then voided our bill right in front of us (EVEN THOUGH HE SAID HE ALREADY VOIDED IT EARLIER) I can't help but think that he was going to keep the money... (That's just me though)
I don't see how hard it was to say sorry for the misunderstanding and give us our food.... I really don't. The customer service was deplorable and I hope the head office contacts me and reimburses me for my wasted time. I also now have to wait 3-5 days for my refund. Oh and no food.
I also don't feel safe with him knowing my address... He looked scary. I also got the vibe that he wouldn't have spoken to us in that manner if we were men... My husband orders from there and he never has a problem. I also saw another review where a wife was verbally abused.. COINCIDENCE?!?!?!?...

I Placed a delivery order @ 8:42pm on 9.26 Called at 9:55 because the pizza still hasn’t come when i called the lady said they didn’t receive an order. Told her we did place the order and advised her of a time as well. Asked her if she could reimburse or give us a discount on our order for not only the wait but for the inconvenience of nobody actually putting the order in the system. She said because we hadn’t already paid for the pizza she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it. Asked to speak with a manager and said she was the manager, asked to have her name and district managers name. She told me here name and she said it didn’t matter what the district managers name was because she couldn’t do anything for me. Asked a second time for the district managers name and she said you have a nice day and hung up the phone.Christine was very nasty and rude, didn’t want to take ownership for the company’s mistake and didn’t want to do anything to further assist the customer in a mistake the the company made. I will be taking this issue further down the line because I’ve had multiple problems at this location and it seems like the manager is always very rude. I’ve tried to brush it off and still give you all business but this was the last straw for me. I don’t understand how this business has this person be a manger of an establishment when she is rude and disrespectful to your customers. I would love for you to fix this problem and i would love for some form of disciplinary action to be taken as well because right is right and wrong is wrong and i will not tolerate disrespect from anyone especially an establishment where I’m paying my hard...
