Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

My husband and I ordered our large pizza, garlic knots and a 2 litter soda last night on Tuesday August 7th 2018 from 2088 S. Independence Virginia Beach VA. My order came 17 minutes past the scheduled time, and when we received our food the garlic knots were very burnt. Even the butter sauce was not yellow but brown. The butter sauce was very wattery as was the marinara sauce. I was only able to eat one they were so gross. The delivery driver Tyler who the site said was a veteran driver, accidentally forgot our 2 litter. Not a problem accidents happen. He hesitantly offered to go back to the store and pick it up and bring it back to me, almost like o have to offer but please don't make drive back for a soda. I agreed and thanked him.I get that it stinks having to go back and drive back out for a soda but he accidently forgot it. Not me. 25 minutes later I recieved my soda. I was very appreciative and polite and thanked him for going back and getting it. When I closed the door I noticed the soda was hard as a rock and it was wobbling from Joe swollen it was. There was gravel and dirty and grass all over the soda bottle. I couldn't believe it. It is now the never day and it is still so swollen that I cannot open it. Placed online order at 6:05pm, was supposed to be delivered between 6:50pm and 7pm. I called at 7:12pm to check status as online tracker showed it should have already been delivered. The guy said it was out for delivery and should be 7-10 minutes. Again waited. Called back 7:20, was on hold for a long time. Again told it was on its way. When I said that’s what you said when I called earlier and asked him to check with driver was put on hold again and then he finally came back and said no one had my order and that it must have been delivered to wrong house. The guy said he could remake order but would probably be another hour to hour and half before they could deliver. Uh, no thank you! Then when I asked for refund he (Manager, Mark J.) said could take 7-10 days. Stay clear of this Chanello’s ! It is poorly run. Have had issues before with getting our orders on time. GO ELSEWHERE! Poor service! Tried to call my order in, they kept me on hold for at least 15 minutes, during which time I was able to go online and registered for a new account, and placed the order online myself. I then hung up with the on hold music. Then, right after I hung up, they called me to ask what my delivery address was. However, the app did not give me an option for delivery, which I thought was because they were closing in 40 minutes (So I was already almost to the store to pick my pizza up). It had also not given me any option to pay on line. Then, when I went in the store to pick the pizza up, they were all stomping around, slamming phones down, and all seemed to be in a very bad mood.
