I’ve patronized this Wingstop location over four times in the last 10 days, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. I placed an order for delivery directly through the Wingstop website. After waiting over an hour with no updates, I contacted the store to ask if the food could be remade fresh once a driver was assigned, as the order was already delayed.
When the food finally arrived—an hour and a half later—it was completely burnt, dark, and overly hard, clearly not made fresh. I called the store to seek a resolution and was transferred to a manager named Derek, who was not only unhelpful but rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.
My disability advocate even offered to bring the food back to the store so they could see the poor quality firsthand and issue an exchange or refund. Derek refused to do anything and mockingly told me to just “leave a review online or file a complaint on the Wingstop website.”
When I requested contact information for the district manager, he refused to provide it, saying that any review I leave would “get back to him,” and then he hung up the phone on me.
As a loyal customer and someone with a disability, I expected far better treatment. I am deeply disappointed not only by the quality of the food but especially by the complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the manager.

Whether it’s forgetting half of my order, forgetting all of the sauces, barely seasoning the chicken or undercooking the chicken (even when I ask for extra crispy, it’s still soggy somehow). The last time I ordered was the final straw because my chicken was pink inside. I ordered 7 tenders, they somehow forgot 2 of the tenders and then 3 of them were pink inside. I’m assuming the 3 tenders that were pink were from the same undercooked batch because they were all the same flavor. That’s a pretty serious offense in my opinion, pink chicken shouldn’t be served to anybody and from other reviews I see that it’s a regular thing that happens. The staff is also very unwelcoming. I love Wingstop but this location needs some serious help. The Holland Wingstop location is AMAZING (food is always fresh, well seasoned, crispy, and my items are never forgotten).
