Absolutely horrific. While we waited more than five people came in from the drive through with burnt food. Missing order items and drinks made incorrectly. There were flies on the donuts in the window and it took almost 20 minutes for them to get donuts for us which came from a box in the back not the window and are wet and soggy....I don't know how donughts get messed up. It was good for a few months after it opened but has been a steady decline since.

Update: went in hoping to get a quick bite also hoping to see some improvement. There was no food out and loud music being played from the back. I asked if they were closed and they said no they close at 7pm it was 420......like.....what is even happening here. The young girl who helped us was nice but gag. This location is gross. I'm shocked it's even...

Just went to this store yesterday and this was the sad excuse for a drink i was handed (see photo). When i asked if they could fill it just with milk the woman told me since i asked for light ice this was all they could give me. Are you serious? I've never had this problem at any other dunkin and I've never been handed a drink with 1/5th missing at any other coffee shop I've ever been to. It's clear the management of this location is awful and values saving 10 cents over just filling a coffee. The woman at the window was very polite and professional and its abundantly clear the manager is ridiculously cheap and shameless. Who hands out product like this and tells their staff they arent even allowed to add milk. Really? Avoid this dunkin at all costs if you're going...
