I am dental rep and I have used this location several times for catering orders for my attendees. As a dental professional and a dental rep...I feel that customer service is extremely important!! I have ordered several orders at this location and have given them a lot of business! With that being said, I have earned several thousands of FireHouse Rewards. When having to use the ârewardsâ for personal orders, it always seems to be an issue with with the owner. She will only let you use ONE reward per day even if it is 2 separate transactions. I donât agree with this because it is rewards you have earned as a loyal customer especially when I have given them hundred dollars worth of catering orders! Decided to call a different location (Chesapeake, Eden Way) and they were extremely accommodating! (And I was able to use 20000 points on the same day without a problem!) In fact, I placed my last catering order with FireHouse Chesapeake, Eden Way and BOY....what a Huge Difference! It was perfect and the presentation was WAY better! Subs were nicely organized with generous amounts of meat/cheese individually wrapped, pickles in a separate container, plates, cups and tongs were nicely wrapped with plastic wrap, a separate box with neatly placed napkins, mustard and mayo! A plastic trash bag was even given as a courtesy! And to TOP it all off they offered to carry the entire order to my car! Now THAT is Customer Service! FireHouse Strawbridge has lost ALL of my business! I will not...
   Read moreMy wife and I will never come back to this Firehouse Subs. No management around. 2 kids roughly around 17 or so were running the place. We came in at exactly 7:50(they close at 9) My order went in att 8:01 and were the only people waiting to order. Why did it take 10 minutes....because the 2 kids running it were talking to the girl that they knew that was waiting on her food and then proceeded to make on online order which was for another kid that they knew(who walked in while we were still waiting to order). We finally ordered and my wife's sandwich was wrong(she order it with no onion and no tomatoes, both on the receipt- we had to take the onions and tomatoes off). I mentioned it to the boy that took our order and he just looked at his buddy. Then watched my wife remove the onions and tomatoes then looked at me and said..."Should I remake it for her?" I just said..."No, she took it off". He said..."OK" and just went about his work which quickly became mopping the floors. So...that was a fun odor to eat our food to. Also, the tea canisters had been emptied and broken down for the evening. The soda machine was not very clean. Seems like these 2 kids were more interested in getting out of there instead of offering a good dining experience. We won't be back!!! Sorry VB firefighters!!! Our money will be going...
