First Watch — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted with smiles from Justin. We decided to sit at the bar where Katie served us. She was amazing, patient gave my boyfriend a great recommendation on what she knew he’d like most but reassured him if it wasn’t what he was hoping for she’d gladly get him whatever else and we thought that was so thoughtful! Our food was delivered lighting fast and we were both excited to dig in. However at this point, I cut into my Elevated sandwich( my personal favorite that I came all the way down from summit county to enjoy) I noticed the bun was harder than I expected and thought “I don’t want a cut up mouth at the end of this.” Katie checked in with us seconds after the plates were dropped and without hesitation apologized and said she’d make it right. Justin then came over and notified us they were whipping up a new sandwich that was delivered under 3 minutes and as he was talking to us he let me know the company has changed their bread recently and he knew exactly what happened. As they work out the kinks of this new product they absolutely killed it the second time around and we were able to clean our plates! First Watch has consistently been our go-to brunch spot, and our recent visit only reinforced why we love it so much. We went for breakfast on a busy Sunday, and despite the crowd, the experience was outstanding.

Our server, Ariana, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and particularly great with our kids, which made the meal so much more enjoyable. Even with the restaurant being packed, she managed to provide excellent service, ensuring that we had everything we needed and checking in regularly to see if we required anything else.

The food at First Watch is always wonderful. This time was no exception. Every dish came out fast and hot, maintaining the high quality we’ve come to expect. The menu offers a great variety, and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in their work.

Overall, First Watch continues to impress us with its excellent service and fantastic food. It’s the perfect spot for a family brunch, and Ariana’s outstanding service made this visit particularly memorable. I hate the fact google wont let you give an establishment 0 stars, because this one SURELY earned JUST that!

Had to ask them multiple times to give me my drink

Stood in line and waited patiently and they sat 4 people behind me first before offering me a seat

-the waitress and waiters are extremely rude!

Will never be coming to this location again and suggest you do not as well!!

UPDATE :

Upon contacting them as you see they have asked me too in the comment replies, The manager spoke with me over 2 weeks ago stating he would send reimbursement for the inaccurate meal and quality of service. I have yet to recieve it. Have sent 3 replies to upper management with not so much an email or call back. Called to follow up and was unaware he was on speaker with staff and spoke very rudely unbeknownst to him i can hear him clearly in the background. I would steer clear of this establishment, these types are the one to spit in your food , drop food and put it back on your plate and hire entitled staff who do as...
