Okay, so to start.. I'm a huge fan of Chipotle and literally used to eat it at least once a week. I recently started working in the plaza where this one is located and I have to say, it truly upset my stomach. Mind you, any Chipotle I've ever had, has never upset my stomach like this one has. I went the entire month of June without eating there except a couple of days ago I decided to give them a second try as a benefit of doubt that maybe it was just me. Nope, same exact outcome.
I also noticed this last time around they didn't drain the beans when making my bowl because the entire bottom of my bowl was soupy. I tried mixing everything to maybe thicken it up but that didn't work either. I contacted their support to make a food quality complaint and they just added a BOGO reward to my Chipotle app as an apology. That's fine and all, but why should I spend more money to be compensated for terrible food quality at this location? Read moreThe blonde at the register on 2/28 was very rude. Went in and seen free guacamole for a special for leap day. Added it to both our dishes then at the register the girl said it's on the app so we pulled out the phone to find the coupon. She got very frustrated and rudley told my husband just to let you know our rush is about to come in. Couldn't get the app to work you could tell she was getting frustrated went to get a manager and the manager and she comped it off 1, told my husband it was one per customer. Well we were 2 customers. Not to mention the guacamole was old you could tell because it was right when they opened and the guacamole was at the bottom of the bowl and browning. There was 2 people working on the line to help with food. One went off to the side behind glass and took a bite of food and a drink of his drink and came back out and started touching the customers food without changing his gloves. I was disgusted. Of course I said something to him which I shouldn’t have to. He didn’t understand me so his co-worker had to say something. I told her what happened. I don’t think the situation was corrected.
