Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

4/18/23: I would give no stars after this day's experience with service. I would like to commend the gentleman and older woman who was working the counter at the end of my experience. They tried to salvage a customer; but after this experience, I will from now on drive to another Little Cesar's. I do suggest a write-up or let go of the little white girl they had working this night.

I went in to order my food, and it was extremely busy. There were already 5 people waiting in the tiny portion for customers and people waiting behind me to order.

The girl (Jay P.) at the register didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. Her demeanor and attitude was not the friendliest. Her pride in her uniform was also obvious; her shirt was too small for her body, and you could see her stomach busting out of the shirt. Even McDonald's, Taco Bell and Domino's take pride in their uniforms. If you are not wearing the uniforms appropriately, you would be sent home or given a uniform.

She told me to wait 20 minutes and my order would be ready. I decided to go wait in my car, due to it already being crowded inside. I came back 20 minutes after I ordered my food and was told that they did not even make my food. The older woman who was at the register this time asked one of the cooks if she made my food. By this time, the girl who took my order was making food, and she yelled out with an attitude, "I had already picked up my food." The gentleman behind the counter asked me what I did not receive, I proceeded to tell him that the rude little girl making the food took my order and she told me it would be 20 minutes and my order would be ready. I told them I went to my car and waited 20 minutes like I was told, and now I am trying to get my food.

They were trying to rectify my situation by having the people make my order, but with that girl's attitude and demeanor, I did not trust her with my food at all. I asked if I could get a refund. They were willing to give me my refund and tried giving me some pizza that they had in the box. Don't try to pass something off to me to try to make me feel better. Give me what I asked for. I rarely go I to Little Cesar's and when I go there, I am only going for specific items.

Ordered online at 8:15pm to pick up at the pizza portal in store and it said my order would be ready at 8:45-8:50pm. I arrive at 8:58pm and the pizza portal is EMPTY! As I’m standing there with about 5 other people, one of which who ordered online as well and was having the same issue, the girl who was at the front taking orders, promptly ended her shift without as much as saying a single word to any of us standing there waiting to be helped and she clocked out and left. The manager there helps one person, looks me dead in the face and as I went to speak, he walked away from me and completely ignored me! A few minutes later he comes back and asks if I needed help as if I was really standing there for my health?!?! It has now been 10 additional minutes and I tell him I ordered online online nearly an hour ago and paid online as well. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni. Nothing complicated. The gentleman next to me tells me the same thing and he’d been waiting a long time. The manager then proceeded to tell us he’s been at that location for a week and he’s there alone with a new guy. Then he was talking to another customer and tells the customer “yeah I got F**cked tonight” loud as day for everyone to hear! Professional right?! Another 20 minutes go by and several people walking in are getting orders taken and walking out with pizzas within minutes. Yet here I sit, ordered well over an hour prior and paid in advance, and my order still hasn’t even been started! FINALLY! 40 minutes after my order should have been ready, they just begin to start it! 45 minutes after my order should have been done and 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered my measly 3 simple pizzas, they were done! No offer to correct the COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE. No hey would you like a free pizza or free sauce, or maybe a 2 liter or breadsticks for the extremely long wait. NOTHING! So super irritated me goes home and opens my pizza only to find that one of the cheese pizzas is literally missing like half the cheese! I didn’t order a sauce pizza! THIS LOCATION IS GETTING HORRIBLE BY THE DAY! WENT THERE LAST NIGHT, ORDERED 3 PIZZAS. THE CASHIER TOLD ME 15 MINUTES. WELL 20 MINUTES GOES BY AND I GO TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY PIZZAS. WELL A GUY ASKED ME MY NAME, I TOLD HIM AND HE NEVER COMES BACK TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. SO I ASKED THE CASHIER TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, ANOTHER GUY WALKS UP AND ASKS FOR MY NAME, I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE WALKS AWAY AND LOOKS AT THE SCREEN LIKE HE DONT SEE MY ORDER. HE NEVER CAME BACK AND TOLD ME ANYTHING, AND PRINTED OUT MY STICKERS, HANDED THEM TO THE CASHIER FOR HER TO SCAN TO SHOW THAT I HAVE PICKED THEM UP WHEN I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE FOOD SO THEY WOULD NOT GET IN TROUBLE. SO THEN I ASKED THE 1ST GUY THAT APPROACHED ME IF THAT WAS 2 OF MY 3 PIZZAS JUST SITTING ON THE METAL COUNTER AND HE SAID NO, THEN MOVED THEM UNDER THE WARMER AND SAID IT WILL BE 7 MINUTES ON MY PRETZEL CRUST. 7 MINUTES, NOW I HAVE BEEN THERE 30 MINUTES AND THAT PIZZA COULD HAVE BEEN 4 TIMES BY NOW. ITS SAD CAUSE IT TOOK ME TO COME OUT OF CHARACTER AND RAISE MY VOICE TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE TO GIVE ME THE ANSWERS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEN I WATCHED THE GUY GRAB THE 2 PIZZAS (THAT WERE SITTING ON THE METAL TABLE GETTING COLD THEN MOVED TO THE WARMER) AND BRING THEM TO ME WITH MY 3RD PIZZA. THEN HE ASKED WOULD I LIKE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE PRETZEL PIZZA.... UGH NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER. THEN HE TELLS ME THAT HE COULD ONLY GIVE IT BACK FOR THE PIZZA I HAD TO WAIT ON WHEN REALLY I WAITED FOR ALL 3 AND 2 WERE COLD. SO THE OTHER GUY COMES UP AND SAID HE WAS REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK BUT THOUGHT I WAS DUMB AND THAT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK.
