Wings Go — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Daughter sent online order to pick up. I sat and ate my Philly I ordered in the store. First the small end of a 🍅, really? And just a few scattered pieces of lettuce? Enough to just say lettuce and tomato was on it. Smh...

Then I pick my daughter's order up. It was 3 combos. Which means she get 3 drinks with the combos, no charge. She did not know you get "free" drinks with combos. So she brought/paid for 1.25 each 5 canned drinks ($6.25). 5 members in her household/ split combos. She sent me the online receipt, just in case.

I sat 5 drinks up on counter. The small petite girl came out throwing the curtains. You got 3 combos! 3 combos. The guy at cash register, before I could say anything he bullied with her, he said "3 combos." It did not take to two people to tell me, how many combos I brought. Then I replied, she paid for drinks. Let me pull up reciept for her online order. The girl runs to the cash register, then says, you get 6 sodas. So rude, she did not say, my mistake....sorry! No apology from either one of them. Also my daughter got 3 combo, 3 drinks included PAID 5 drinks @1.25 When she looked at register, she should have said 8 drinks instead of 6 drinks. She knew it was 8 drinks, but said 6,allowing me one extra, as to get out of accusing me of trying to get extra drinks. When I got home, and was able to recover from being accused of stealing drinks...I looked over the online reciept, and decided to let the manager know, of her rude and unprofessional behavior. So as a representative of Wing Go, she stole $2.50 from my daughter. Order #30 7/2/2025. She allowed me to leave with 6 drinks. The other two drinks that was paid for, I was not allowed to get. Shame on her. I hope others will write ✍️ reviews when stuff like this happen. It will make them more professional, and courteous. It will help the next customer. My daughter spent $60.00 on her #30 order....smh....and such treatment. We are considering giving Lokman wings up in Chimney Hill Shopping Center our business. Their food is good, and they are courteous...

To say we enjoyed the food would be an understatement ! We DEMOLISHED !!!

Not only did they have amazing food and im talking anout EVERYTHING WE HAD WAS BOMB !!! We had 30 chicken wings , cheesesteak , 4 sodas , cheesesteak egg roll, and fries, we ordered all that and it was only 60 bucks for it all now if yall eat chicken wings like we do than you know just 30 wings and fries cost $60. So they are winning all across. Amazing food, amazing customer service, and all at a great price!

This was second time eating wings go but my first time at this location. My wings were ready and sat on the counter for 5 minutes and then was going to give me someone else's order. I love that the wings are very crispy but several bones were broken. It seems they pour the wings in Styrofoam containers and then pour sauce on the wings-this is not good. All sauce in bottom of the container. My girl got garlic parm wings and it looked like someone poured parm cheese all over the top of them. Like parm on spaghetti- not very good looking. Wings need to be sauced and...
