Been to this location exactly twice both times were awful experiences. The first was a 15 minute wait with the drive through at 3pm and it wasn't busy!
The second, most cringeworthy thing I've ever experienced happened today at 4:21pm. (I know the exact time because I was timing hold long it would take this time). I place an order for two burgers making sure to say "Just a sandwich". The drive thru attend and asked me to standby and was quite for about a minute (conferring with manager). He returns to tell me that he cant serve me because I didn't order a drink. Ludicrous!!! I drive away and manager is right there next to him. I get home (10 minute drive) and call the store requesting a manager and the person on the line informs me that he is one. I asked for an explanation on why they refused service. The manager acted befuddled as if he had no idea. Then recalls it ,when i continue to demand an answer, and says the guy screwed up and I drove off too fast. He even confirmed (in a roundabout way) that the drive thru attendant had conferred with him. No apologies, no "let's make this right", just simple ignorance! Definitely done with this location for a lifetime. Perhaps the whole chain, not only better for my physical health but my mental...
Read moreThis ENTIRE team is absolutely amazing. They are fast, attentive, and service minded in a world that has forgotten how to be nice to folks. The food is always hot/fresh no matter what time of day/night it is.
Marquis (spelling) Zaharria (spelling) Georgie and soooo many others are insanely friendly/professional. I believe the GM is Andrew with the pony tail? This place is such a positive atmosphere that I eat here often. The wifi is fast, and they have power plugs all over for my laptop/devices.
I have been in retail senior management for 20 years. My background included a lot of training and coaching. It is a passion of mine. This makes BAD management situations with customers and/or team members extremely obvious.
While here one afternoon, I was able to observe the GM training his managers one afternoon. He was encouraging, used proper coaching skills, and gave a great mix of positive reinforcement to corrective action ratio.
He mixed in some role playing that even had visuals. This is how you train a successful team with a never die and customer care mindset. Bravo to the entire team from the backbone that drives the machine to the powerful minds that lead/keep it...
Read moreThe weekend morning staff are usually top notch but the weekday evening shift is much different. I am an easy customer because I’m not usually in a big hurry however I waited 20 minutes and when I went to the counter nobody addressed me. I looked at the screen and my number wasn’t there, I think they gave my food away. After 5 more minutes I finally asked an employee who was getting ready to leave and she was nice enough to get someone to help me. The lady who finally helped me offered no apologies and so I asked for a refund as it had been over 25 minutes and my order was not even started. She deducts everything except the drink. I asked her if she was seriously going to charge me for a drink after waiting nearly 30 minutes and she said nothing. I asked about the manager and she informed me that she was the manager. REALLY??? Mistakes happen but it’s how you address them that makes for good customer service and obviously she either wasn’t trained properly or simply lacks the aptitude...truly...
