I frequent here a lot for lunch since I work for Southern Auto right down the street. On Saturdays I do not get a lunch break so my boyfriend went to pick up food for me. When my boyfriend brought my food back I was missing one of the sides. I called to let them know one of my sides was missing and was told that I would need to bring the entire meal as well as the receipt back to their facility. I asked them if they were serious?-that I need to bring all of my food up to their place as well as my drink to prove to them that I was missing a side so that I could waste gas and my food can get cold in the process. They said yes per the manager. I am 8 months pregnant, now having to ask my manager if I can run down the street to correct this situation which was a problem on their end even though I do not get a lunch break. I was hoping for convenience I could just get the other side the next time I came in to eat there because I ate at Pollards all of the time-most times with my family as my mom and dad would meet me there on lunch during the week with my nephews and niece. But this was enough, I will not be back again to spend any more of my money at a restaurant who had me bring an entire meal back to prove I was not being dishonest about missing one side. I got my money back and gave them back their...

One was friendly and greeted customers, but the other one looked like she was only there in body; no smile and no type of greeting, just looking straight ahead... 2. I ordered dark meat rotisserie, but received white meat that was dry and not real hot. Another member of our party ordered a rotisserie chicken and BBQ plate. Plate was bought out with no chicken. When the lady at the counter was told about it she brought out fried when rotisserie was requested. Waitress came back to say that only fried chicken was available with that particular plate. 3. BBQ tasted more like seasoning meat, according to those in our party that ordered it. 4. Last, but NOT least......WHY did they have UNEDITED rap music playing through the restaurant speakers???!!! This is a public, FAMILY restaurant and young kids WERE PRESENT amongst the cussing in the music!! No employee had the decency to change the type of music, which sounded like it was being played via a phone, due to the cutting out when songs were being changed. Needless to say...we will NOT be back to this...

I called in a take out order and the staff member did not want to enlighten me on the type of sides they had, as evidence by her huffing and puffing. Once i completed my order she immediately gave me my total and hung up. As I arrived to the store The cashier just stared at me rather than verbally informing me that she was prepared to assist me. Another cashier had her hood on and appeared annoyed with everyone who ordered. When asked for an estimated time on my order the cashier shrugged her shoulders and told me she didn’t know. I asked her if it’s possible to find out. When she went to the back a cook (older white woman) screamed at her and said “you see all these tickets tell everyone who walks in that door that chicken will be 30 minutes”. The cashier then comes back to the front and says “15 minutes”. My overall experience here sucked. It was my first time at this location and I will NOT recommend anyone...
