My mother tried to order food for our family (3 orders) before my mother could even finish saying the first order the women said "8.50 pull up" my mother waited in the drive through and tried to tell the women on the intercom that she wasn't finished ordering, but no one was responding. She pulled up and told the person at the window what had happened, and this person rudely smirked and giggled and said "go back around" My mother decided not to go back around because of how rude she had been treated. I then called the store to inform an employee of how my mother had been treated and the person who picked up the phone listened and then just "okay is that it?" Not one apology or any sign of remorse for there behaviors; and I promise that neither my mother nor I raised are voices or treated anyone who worked there with any disrespect. My mother was also the only one in line at the moment so they could have been that frustrated busy (even though being busy not a reason to take put your frustration on a customer.) Forgetting an order or messing up an order is forgivable but treating customers like that unforgivable. We will not be going back there again. Customer service goes a long way. I hope the owner sees this and learns how there employees are treating their...
Read moreHave stopped in here twice this week and both times have had problems. The young lady working the drive thru is very impatient and doesn't listen to what you're ordering or what you're saying. It's very difficult to order anything when she keeps asking if that's all you want. This evening in addition to her rude behavior, she wasn't able to count money. Our total was around 18.00 gave the woman two tens and she kept staring at us and telling us that our total was 18.00 and some change, all the while holding two tens in her hand. When we pointed to the two tens and she said oh never mind. And then proceeded to talk with her coworkers while we waited ten minutes for two ice creams. I will never go to this location again. The manager should be ashamed to have staff that...

I don't understand why the orange slush is brown. Not just once, but always. A flavor that's also a color should follow predictably. But not at this specific Sonic.
I cannot wipe my hands and face with mints. Great, my breath will be minty after I eat a footlong chili cheese coney, but it does nothing for the chili sauce stain inevitably left around my mouth with nothing to wipe it off with. I have more mints than I know what to do with. And they never melt in my car, which...
