Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

So I've had some rough times here before, but today is the last straw. I asked in drive through if they could do a pour over of the new blonde espresso coffee and they said yes just go to the walk up window and order it, which I gladly did. Once ordering it, I waited about 8 minutes ( which pour overs should take about 4 MAX!) I knew something was up. I ordered a banana nut bread not warmed while waiting. The bread ended up being the smallest piece and burnt so it was bad. I got home. Tastes the coffee and voila, was Not the coffee I asked. They didn't give me the coffee I had specifically asked for. I don't like the one they gave me which is why I didn't ask for that coffee! I'm so furious. I know it takes an extra step to do a pour over, but I was the only customer besides one car that went through drive through. They weren't busy. Why give me the wrong coffee on purpose... NEVER...

My mobile orders are never filled correctly - either not prepared as requested or missing drinks when it clearly states multiple drinks are on the order. When I point out the error, I'm told "this is how the order printed out and it doesn't reflect my request". Yet when I review the order sticker the order is as I requested and it still doesn't taste like it should. Or if a drink is missing I am told to move out of the drive thru (after waiting longer than the posted wait time on the app) to park and they'll bring it to me. This is a weird little Starbucks, like what might happen if a sentient cup of Verona traveled back to the 80s, capered around with lots of 80s style adventure, and came back with the dream of making a to-go spot. I'm not saying the employees have pouf bangs, stack their socks, or sport shoulder pads. They're all great, fast, friendly, and generally awesome in very contemporary clothes. But the building doesn't look at all typical of a Starbucks. It looks like something right out of my nightmarish childhood. I half-expect Tim Curry in clown gear to pop out of the bushes. No seating!
