1 star because of ONE person! Should have got her name but I didn't. We went there yesterday (5-1-24) for lunch & went inside, ordered on the kiosk & was waiting for our food. They keep their bathroom doors locked because of homeless people walking in using their bathrooms so you have to ask for an employee to put in the code to unlock the door. So while waiting for our food, one of the girls that was making the food was asked to unlock the door by another customer that was waiting for his food. She left from behind the counter while making food, still with her gloves on she was using to make food, went & put in the code on the bathroom door, walked back behind the counter with those same gloves she just used to unlock the bathroom door with & continued to touch somebody taco shell. I walked to the counter & asked was it our food because if it wasn’t I was going to tell them I didn’t want the food & just wanted a refund. When I asked was it our food she said no, I said you just went & unlocked the door & didn’t change your gloves & touched somebody food. She looked at me with an attitude, took the gloves off, changed her gloves then proceeded to say something to the other lady that was working behind the counter. I will NEVER get another meal from there! Thankfully the manager was making our food but that’s gross for whoever good that was. Very nasty! She should know better then that. Our food was good though, I have no complaints as far as our food but they should definitely have another discussion with their employees about changing gloves & washing their hands! Read moreKudos to whoever was working the drive thru and making food tonight at approximately 11:56 pm. I typically loathe going to any Taco Bell because no matter what you ask for, they always seem to get it wrong and it even herb they correct it it never tastes good. Tonight I bit the bullet because I something to eat that was close by. They answered promptly, I had a tad bit of a special order on my chalupas as I asked for no sour cream and to add nacho cheese and I could hear the attendant ask the person who was making the food if they got my special order which I appreciated. When I got to the window the guy was nice and didn’t make me feel rushed by throwing my drink and card at me as some places do, even when I checked my food before pulling off he didn’t make me feel rushed, although I know they are probably timed, but again as i mentioned most Taco Bell’s can never get it right. They had my sauces, napkins and straws in a bag and I appreciated so much because I typically have to ask. Please be sure to give praise to the team that worked tonight. Give them a raise, a paid day off on the company or whatever it is that they may ask for. I decided to stop by for a late lunch / dinner while taking a quick break from work. My son had mentioned to me that the nacho fries were back for a while, so I figured I would grab some when I encountered the most rude drive through lady ever. I like my fries fresh as everyone knows they are not quite as tasty when they have been sitting a while, so I asked her to please cook them fresh when she snapped back “they just came up , you’re just gonna have to wait the 4 minutes for them “. The scowl and total disrespect for customer service is unacceptable and Mgt. should strongly consider putting some one else at the drive through who is a lot friendlier to your guest who spend their hard earned money at your establishment.
