I've been wary of this location as they've screwed up orders for many years. I lived nearby so it was convenient but not when I had to repeatedly get them to fix an order, make food that is warm instead of cool when I get it- over the years they've made some truly ridiculous mistakes.
This most recent time I was nearby and ravenous so I took a chance again. The drive-thru was baffling- it sounded like an automated female voice started speaking loudly and then it crackled and someone else started speaking, far less clearly. The second interrupted the first, so I was thrown off by it for a moment. I ordered what I wanted, nothing appeared on the screen, and the voice told me to pull to the window to get the price.
Part of how drive thru works is that you can see the order and know they heard you correctly. Without seeing it, it's just a blind hope. I wasn't even told the cost until I got to the window, so no clue whatsoever.
There were two cars in front of me and it still took over ten minutes- I wasn't counting but it was really long. I sincerely debated driving over the curb and grass and just driving away, honestly. I could have already driven home and started eating.
I didn't even know if they had my order right while I waited that whole time, and they've notoriously gotten things will wrong before. Hence my debate of simply driving away.
When I got to the window the cashier was friendly, efficient, and everything I ordered was exactly right. So, in the end, I received exactly what I wanted, fresh and hot. I ended up glad I hadn't driven away.
I'm not sure what it is about this location that's been so challenging but they got my most recent order correct after a confusing interaction and a long wait. If they hadn't nailed the order it would...
Read moreI have never been so unsatisfied going out to eat. Even McDonald’s has better customer service than the employees at this location. We ordered our food through drive through and the girl at the drive through had a scowl on her face the entire interaction, we asked how her day was going to be polite. She didn’t even respond. Cool. We said thank you and have a nice day. Nothing. Whatever right? Some people might be having a less than stellar day. Come to find out they missed my whopper jr. It’s not even busy at this time. So we go in, they were helping a lady at the register so we patiently wait even though I’m hungry and irritated. They kept walking by and looking at us for about 5 mins. Then someone finally says “what’s wrong with your order” so we tell her they didn’t give me my whopper jr and tell her the specifications of it. Then she goes and tells the one making the burger that I said no ketchup which I didn’t and confused everyone. And on top of that, the person making the burger took their sweet time so we were in there for like 10+ mins waiting for them to fix their mistake. To top it all off they all had an attitude while doing it. If you don’t like your job, cool. But you’re working in customer service so when someone is nice and polite to you, you’re supposed to do the same. All that to say we will not be going back to...
Read moreI'm surprised that this location is still open. The restaurant is dirty and they frequently mess up orders. Today I received a Whopper that had someone's hair in it. I went back through the drive thru to ask for my money back. I was told I needed to pull around to the front of the building. After waiting 5 minutes I went inside. I asked about my refund and the lady behind the counter was very rude. She responded that they already refunded the money to my card. When I asked why they made me pull around front the lady said, "What? I already refunded your money!"
I've also found that you should avoid this location at night! They seem to close the drive thru by 10PM, even though the store is clearly still open. I think the staff does this to push away customers, so they can go home early.
The owner must have money to burn as this location can't provide quality food, let alone minimal service! The inside had about 5 customers and the drive thru only had two cars. I went across the street to Chick-fil-a and received my food in a fraction of the time. Chick-fil-a had cars waiting to get into the parking lot. The owner should hire staff from Chick-fil-a to train...
