Both my daughters have been going to The Vault for their strength and conditioning for over two years and love it. They are both competitive Irish Dancers - their trainer has helped their kicks get higher and stamina get longer. One daughter is also a volleyball player and her reaction time has improved so much! With both life and those sports, many injuries have occured and the trainers at The Vault always discuss possible and productive ways to help the healing process. I also train at The Vault. I never feel out of place, judged or uncomfortable. My trainer puts me through the paces listening to what my concerns are but pushing me not to give up.

I had no idea that there was a place for younger kids to develop skills for sports like FH and Lax. The coaches are knowledgeable, have small class to coach ratios for the open classes, and small group/private lessons are available also. Also- they do High School and College level training!
