Went through the drivethru the other day (8/29/25 at 10 am) and had a horrible experience. The food was okay, but the service was complete garbage. I never got to give the guy my code for rewards because he kept cutting me off. I had a mobile order and wanted to place one and he was not happy about it and incredibly rude. I get that he had probably been up very early and would prefer to work another job but I was nothing but kind at first and his attitude was uncalled for. He checked in my mobile order and told me to pull around before I could place my second order and when I did his attitude got worse when I pointed this out. I also had realized I had selected sausage instead of bacon for the mobile order and tried to ask if there was any way it could be fixed and he snapped at me and told me before I could say more than “I have a question-“ and told me I’d have to go through the app, which I couldn’t do because he had already put my order through. I understand they’re told to make orders the way they were placed but I was asking kindly and it’s unfortunately not the first time this has happened and other Taco Bell’s didn’t mind fixing it for me so I figured I’d ask. Eventually I drove forward (after pointing out that he didn’t have to be so rude and it was just a question) and thankfully at that point in time he had found some calm. i was going to say something about how it costs literally 0 energy to be a kind person after he had handed my food but he sent another worker out. Which was probably smart. I don’t know if the person on the receipt was the guy I dealt with but if so I hope William T gets an attitude check.
This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had there but it’s definitely the first one bad enough to make me leave a bad review.

Read moreI visited this Taco Bell on my lunch break and have never felt more disrespected. I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes before it was my turn to order. When it was my turn the employee informed me that they were only accepting cash because the card reader was down. I responded by asking a few questions about how I could order if I didn’t have cash or if I could order through the app & come in to get my food. Her response was that “I could but the doors would be locked” & then she proceeded to be very disrespectful in response to some of my other questions. I let them know they may want to have someone come outside and let the line know this because it was wrapped around the building & her response to me was “well that’s because you’re holding up the line” I then got frustrated and let her know just how rude that was to say and she responded with “bye” and would no longer answer me over the speaker. I called the restarting to speak with a manager because of how I was treated. The same employee answered & I asked to speak with the manager. she told me “sorry I’m not sure who the manager is but I can already guess who you are & you have a problem.” Then proceeded to hang up on me. When I tried calling back they would not answer. I work in the service industry and am aware that technical difficulties can be difficult but treating a paying customer like this is unacceptable. (NEGATIVES) We walked in after ordering our meals and their first thing we saw after we sat was a cockroach on top of the wall disappeared who knows where it went. Everyone was getting their meals but one of us came up to them found out it wasn’t started yet until after a second they are since we let them know. Ice was barely coming out and some drinks tasted watery. Thats not even the worst. When our meals are set after coming out pretty late, they didn’t even bother putting it in each individual boxes just MIXED them all in one bag giving us a hard time which is ours. After situating our meals all of our food was almost warm, even one of our chalupas top curving feels cold and stiff as the bottom was fairly warm. As the rest of our meal was almost wrapped a mess-ish.
(POSITIVES) They definitely have fair room than any other Taco Bell thus far Ive seen with more rooms to hold a big party inside which is impressive. As mentioned earlier about our food it at least tastes the same as usual. Place is almost clean. I suppose.
Overall don’t bother coming in here check reviews until the health department takes care of this place behalf. I hope for their business to be better...
