I went to get a cake for my daughter she turn 16 the spelled her name wrong when the went fix it it still look bad after 3 time trying to fix the cake she told to get a new one but i was upset because of the colors of the new cake was not my daughter colors..So i had for a manager and the employee give me the phone number but it was the wrong number and tge same time the owner was there and she did not want to help...i spent $31.00 and noone wanted to help...i did talk to the manager and he give me the runaround about it.Than i called corporate and they are aso giving me the runaround.This company SUCKS..So before u go in there think about the runaround they have done.What corporation sells the stores just to anyone and they dont want to help there customers.I have be going to this store fir over 35 years and will never to back and i will telling my friends not...

When I got there I took a minute to figure out what i wanted, the girl and guy behind the counter did not like this. When I saw my flavor i asked for it. The reply was "we are out." no sorry no anything. i said it was fine. i understand, i used to work in fast food so i figured maybe the shipment hasnt come back in. so i asked for a SECOND flavor. and the reply was the same. "we are out". so at that point i didnt want anything else. But still picked up something for my parents. When I told the young man this, he glanced over at his parter with a smirk look. i still purchased something although you were out of what i wanted. So whats with the smirk glances? bad service....

Ordered the cake at 3pm on sunday for 5pm monday pickup. I get to the store at 6pm on monday and the cake was not done. Clerk called her boss and the boss said someone rewrote the order for tuesday. When i ordered, the same clerk (girl with purple hair) read back the order to me before i left. She wrote it correctly. How/why did the rewrite happen? She kept apologizing and gave us a discount on a premade cake. My son was ok with the change even though momentarily disappointed.
