This is a new place in Landstown Commons. It's Indian fast food. I've been here a couple of times already. I've had the butter masala and original curry, mild, which was still a little spicy to me, I'm a lightweight when it comes to spice. Both dishes were good. Actually, everything that I've had has been mostly good. I don't eat fries a lot but I did taste someone's masala fries and they were GREAT! You can add your choice of protein, too. The prices were decent and the staff was friendly. I like that they put a spin on their dishes like naan tacos and pizza and the masala fries. They have a reward system, too, so you can earn free food. If I had to say one thing that I wasn't crazy about it would be the sauce that comes with the samosa. I think it may be green chutney. Whatever it is, it's very thin, like watered down and I didn't get tamarind sauce either time. I don't even know if it's an option. I'm just used to getting it at other places and I didn't get it here. All in all, the food is tasty and I know that I will be returning. I highly...
Read moreRandomly decided I wanted Indian food and came across this new place near my house, read the reviews and saw something about "Tikka Tuesday". I went "today is Tuesday, it must be a sign!" Placed an online order by choosing from 4 entree options under the Tuesday special; it was ready super quickly, and when I went to pick it up, one of the workers (manager maybe) asked my name, double checked my order, and handed it to me. He was super friendly. It was quite nice and clean inside the place, pretty much what you'd expect from a fast casual restaurant in a strip. I got tikka masala, rice, and naan for $10 (the price also includes a drink but I decided not to get one). It was enough to have leftovers, but oh my god it was so good I just had to eat the whole thing. It was gone before I even considered taking a picture. I definitely recommend to go on Tuesdays, but regardless of the price the food...

Just had lunch at the Tikka Shack! New Indian restaurant-casual clean environment shared in a lovely shopping area called Landstown.
I had the Kabob Bowl with Butter sauce. Beautiful presentation, mango salad and Basmati rice. All was delicious- more unusual were the serving portions! Lots of rice and salad with Mango vinaigrette, dressing. But amazingly the kabobs were very healthy portions of chicken - 2 kabobs with 3 pieces of chicken on each - but I had to cut down each piece to at least 3 or more pieces to eat. Then there’s the organic mango juice -along with other wonderful drink options! Will try to add photos if I can. Highly recommend and prices were very reasonable given the portions and quality. The menu is extensive - so I’m looking forward to returning soon! Go check it out! Such a...
