Virginia Beach Sportsplex — Attraction in Virginia Beach

Was just there yesterday for the nitro circus paid for vip seats with vip experience and there was none of that according to an email from ticket master gates for vip where to open at 345 for vip and general admission 5pm at 4pm w walked to the gate to look for vip entrance and was told there was no vip entrance and to go to back of the line so after myself and many other argued with the poorly trained staff that had no idea what was going on my group and a few other pissed off people went to back of the line that was all general admission getting let in so we all paid extra for what I could of got with a regular ticket also we where supposed to get a lanyard as a gift was told that was not happening cause it was a mistake on someone's part not a big deal also was supposed to be able to walk the track by the ramps and after talking to about 10 of your clueless employees and managers was told that the autographs by the sideline was the only vip that was crowded with general admission and there was no track walk this was the most unorganized event I have been to in my life and I feel ripped off completely I hope any big events you have next are planned better because this was a...

This review is strictly on the venue and not the show we attended. I have been there for smaller events but not for a larger event like NItro Circus.

1. Parking was pain with no directions on where to go. And leaving was impossible especially if you parked in the main lot. It was a mad house leaving especially since there was only one entrance/exit to the venue.
2. Lines were long for all food stands and trucks.
3. We sat up on the 2nd level and people were standing at the top of the stairs watching the show. We paid good money for our seats and were blocked by these by-standers. I mean, they moved, once we asked but I don't feel like I had to be doing this though out the show.
4. Lack of directions or maps where sections and seats. We didn't know where to go for the VIP items we were suppose to pickup and missed.
5. They should have posted more information online like a general schedule when the parking lot open or where to go for VIP tickets.

I think this venue needs to either hire additional staff or volunteers which I believe would have resolved many of the heart aches we had attending such a large...

The Virginia Beach Sportsplex is one of the nicest sports stadiums in the Hampton Roads area! The facility is located next the the fieldhouse and there is plenty of accessible and regular surface parking available. The sports field is marked for multiple sports (e.g., soccer, football). Stairs and an elevator allow access to the second level and multiple concession stands. The right side of the facility has a long ramp that gradually assends to the second level. The second level and concession area offer views of the sports field. If you are willing to use the stairs you can access upper level seating. There are also multiple mens and womens restrooms on the second level. The sports field is bordered by chain link fencing limitting access to the sports field. The Virgina Rush Soccer club main office is located on the first level near the elevator. The office area includes a conference room with space to comfortably seat about ten to twelve people.
