Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

After showing two types of proof by showing my paper receipt and rewards transaction, i was accused of not paying for my coffee today! With alot of people behind me, I was embarrassed! I made my coffee transaction at the self checkout which is how I got my paper receipt. I got my coffee for free for 500 points redeemed. The promotion said it was for any size coffee. After I made a decision on what food i wanted, Went to the clerk to pay for my food and I told her the coffee was already paid for And showed her proof. I Had already drinked a decent amount of it while making my food decision. I tried to use self checkout to purchase my food but the card reader was giving me a chip error. Thats why i went to the clerk instead. I told her I was having issues with the machine. She went to the self check out to check to see if i rang up the coffee. I told her I been paid for the coffee. I have been in the store for over 15 mins. My coffee purchase would not be showing on the self check out cause i was only purchasing my food for my second transaction! I showed the drink station worker my receipt BEFORE I even touched the coffee! She called the Mgr on me cause she thought i did wrong. I should have gotten my food for free! What a mess!! Im glad I had my proof cause if I didn't, I'm sure they would have tried to take me to jail over a coffee. The worker got frustrated with me trying to prove to her SHE was wrong. And the Whole time I was RIGHT! Stop accusing people for something they didn't do. Calm down and stop getting frustrated. I was not rushy nor did I get out of hand! She even got frustrated and turned to leave her postion cause she was upset. Her mgr whisper something in her ear. She should have been removed off the floor. I didn't get an apology from the worker! Not once! But the Mgr did. Oh and thanks to the drink station worker who make my drink!...

Tonight I came in to get a chocolate cookie cheesecake smoothie , simple. I had a taste for it and it was on my way home from a friend’s house. I go in order & pay for my things by this time .. everything seems okay. So I get in my car and taste my drink , it tastes LIKE CHOCOLATE, hense the word ... CHEESECAKE . Ive worked for Wawa and I made this drink all the time so I would know how it tastes. Basically Jalal forgot.. or was too lazy to put my cream cheese in my smoothie. I went back to have it re-made & what does Jalal say? “Well most of the time you can’t taste the cream cheese” Complete bull & he was completely rude. Slamming blenders, doors, & he knocks my over cup in during the process .. I don’t appreciate employees messing up my drink and being upset with me for having to re-make it . I thought Wawa was all about customer service. Working at Wawa I know we were all about our customers , if you mess up someone’s drink and they ask you to re-make it , just simply remake the drink after all YOU MESSED UP (which I don’t think was a mistake) . I will not be back to this location . Obviously Jalal needs to be retrained on how to properly serve...

Very unsatisfied ordered bowl of eggs waited about 10 min 6 orders of higher numbers went through asked guy standing in pickup window do you have #86 his answer na they are making making it. Meanwhile in front of him there are three items. He walks away. About 5 orders later lady calls my # and lady hands me bowl. It was bowl sitting in front of me for 12 min. Thanks JERK last year $22 000 in gas $2457.00 in breakfast and $1456.00 in creamer not including random stops for coffee and snack's. Been going to this store since opening.know most of management and cashier's 10 years of loyalty gone will be using lynnhaven Wawa for anything related to above items.. To sit there stare at a finished order and be to lazy to hand it to me is unacceptable. Kid working 5'10 dark hair glasses lazy useless and disrespectful. And I have receipts handy for past years spending for anybody who wants to question it.
