The food here is pretty good, but there's a lot of little nit-picky stuff that just kept adding up to annoy me...

No drink menu, so you'll need to have the server recite what beers, ciders, etc they have from memory, needlessly wasting everyone's time, which plays right into the next problem...

Woefully understaffed. I've been coming here for music bingo and the service takes way longer than it reasonably should as there's typically only 1 or 2 servers running around to take care of everyone, even on a busy night, and 1 of them is also pulling double-duty as the bartender. The staff can come off a bit surly, and I'm certain being overworked like this is exactly why.

No good ciders, or no variety anyway... Angry Orchard or Bold Rock, original flavor only, that's it.

No Guinness. No stouts at all. Lame.

This one was just struck me as weird... the menu specifically states that you get your choice of three veggies on the burgers, but doesn't specify what veggies you get to choose from. Well, apparently there's only three to choose from, and one is a fruit: lettuce, tomato, onion. And if you want to change one out, say swapping either the lettuce or tomato for something like a jalapeño, well, that doesn't count (but not because it's also technically a fruit like the tomato), but you can add that jalapeño for an up-charge, even if you're ordering the jalapeño burger and just want to swap the lettuce or tomato for a few extra jalapeños.

So, yeah... good food, decent variety of food (even some good vegan options), but keep your expectations low on everything else. Solid "meh".

Then someone is lying. I have asked for a drink menu on more than one visit only to be told that you don't have one each time. So, if you have a drink menu, where is it (link or photo, please) and why am I being told by the wait staff that you do not?

Yes, we got most of what we needed in a timely manner, and our group is typically very patient. The guy asking for the hockey game had been trying to get your attention for over 30 minutes until someone else in the group noticed and got your attention for him. On a busy night like music bingo Wednesdays, that size of a crowd requires at least 4 serving staff, not just 2.

Having a variety of ciders doesn't seem to be an issue anywhere else I go. Your experience of only having a small amount of people drink them is likely a self-fulfilling result of not having any good options.

This takes us back to item #1 ... Then someone is lying. I have asked if you had any stouts, specifically for Guinness, and was told that you don't. So, if you have Guinness (or any stouts at all), why am I being told by the wait staff that you do not?

the location address is incorrect as we were driving in circles for about 10mins. while it is located in the correct shopping center, it’s all the way across the street; no warning from the togo host, no sign or clarification online, nothing, so it started out frustrating. customer service was subpar as i’ve been to friendlier places— the sides are extremely small for the price and taste wasn’t much to speak on as my fries lacked flavor. the mac and cheese wasn’t even worth advertising as it was literally oil, pasta and cheese sticking to one another. i’ve been on the hunt for the best sweet potato fries in the area and i was excited to eat from here since the reviews spoke highly of them, but was unfortunately disappointed. the fried chicken sandwich was delicious and the saving grace of the meal, but overall it wasn’t much...

As a chef and for it to be slow food should have arrived quicker tator tots were way over cooked Mac n cheese bland the plating for nachos should be in basket no toppings reach all the chips too much sour cream... burger was good onion rings were perfect... food took way too long to be mediocre maybe he or she cooked all the fried stuff at once?... suggesting if your gonna take long at least make the food good ... server was attentive so she was tipped I will be returning hope new to neighborhood big menu lots of things i i would try....I really didn't want to pay for that meal didn't want to be that person alot of tots to waste ... watery...
