Wow, I dont like leaving negative reviews. Especially for fast food because we rarely eat it and I know its probably not a nice place to work. But this place is awful.
This review is not addressed to the proprietor of the franchise, but rather, whoever is above them, maybe Wendy herself? Idk…
The staff do not want your business to succeed. Came here and sat outside the ordering kiosk at the drive through for a minute or two without anyone saying anything so I very politely said Hello? To see if maybe they didnt realize that someone was outside.
They yelled back at me saying they were dealing with other customers…
First they should have just said that when we pulled up, second don’t yell at me, third, when i pulled up, there was literally no one inside that I could see.
Fine, whatever maybe they were not having a good day.
Then the cashier lady acted like i just asked her to mow my lawn when I asked her if I could use ApplePay because I forgot my wallet. All she had to do was lift the little pay terminal up off the counter…
When the window closed, she started literally trash talking customers with her co-workers, “where the heck did all these customers come from?!?!” And it was not happy surprise. They were not happy about it.
Then the dude who bagged our food up must have been drunk or something because he literally ran into the window. How is that even possible? I have heard of running into a screen door… but a window? A little kiosk window? Then he threw our food at the window in frustration until the sensor opened it, when finally he stuck his hand out with our food without looking at us, greeting us or anything.
They need to AI and automate the heck out of this place.

Read moreI have been there a few times now since the base shifted the McDonalds to Wendy's, so I have pretty good base for this review. I am normally a fan of Wendy's, but this particular store is the worst one I have been to. Despite the convenience of being the the only drive through on this side of the base, I completely avoid it. The employees have been generally rude, often starting at the drive thru. It's not uncommon to have them say something like, "Go ahead." "What can I cook for you?" I have had an undercooked burger and chicken sandwich, stale bread and hard fries, and sandwiches that were thrown together so sloppily the burger patty slid out of the sandwich when it was picked up. In addition they are usually pretty slow, and I have had a few errors in orders (always recognized only after I've driven away - Arghh!). Now, it is always possible to fix issues like these, so I felt it was fair to give this store a few chances, especially since it's the only drive on base near our command. However, they have routinely confirmed my opinion that this is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. Save your time and money; it's worth it to go out the gate or into the food court at the Main Exchange. The Panda Express is pretty good, and when the Jersey Mikes and Loco Bros open, there will be even more options. Heck, even the Subway across the street by the uniform shop, which is fairly mediocre as far as Subway's go, is better than...
