Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I have a large family and placed a single order consisting of a family meal, and two additional combos. I also ordered a baked potato and two single medium fries... the woman working the drive through was rude and seemingly condescending as we ordered. We waited for our order and when we received the bag, we were short the two fries (no issue) we walked inside to get the fries and were questioned... We head out and realize the bag only had 1 fry... so we go in again! $40 order and hassled over two medium fries... as we were leaving an older female worker was clearly overheard talking trash about our family my wife walked in and said, excuse me... I’m right here. The manager then waved her away with no apology. It took my best effort to write this review opposed to becoming the next story on our local news for losing my cool in a restaurant. Service with a smile...not this location. The cashier never smiled. The manager didn't even look at us while we were waiting for our food and we were literally two feet away from her. The fries were cold. Requested extra onions on the burger that was ordered. Went to let them know the burger didn't have the extra onions ordered and the fries were cold. The cashier acted like it was a bother for us, the paying customers, to be requesting the items be corrected. What we received back was the same burger and another helping of cold fries. How do we know this you may be asking. A bite had been taken from it already. Ummmmmm last I checked anything that went back over that counter was supposed to be tossed for health reasons. Oh and if I'm paying extra for cheese and bacon I EXPECT extra cheese and bacon for my potato. We will not be returning to this...

I couldn't hardly hear at the drive-thru speakers when I made my order. They never put my order up on the screen or give me a total when ordering. The lady just told me to pull to the window. When I did she said something to me and again she talked very low I couldn't hear her so when I asked what did you say she just walked away from the window. When my order finally came as I drove away I decided to check it in I ordered two sandwiches only one in the bag. So I had to stand at the drive-thru and try to get her attention and then she told me I was only charged for one sandwich. And then kind of looked at me when I asked for the receipt which I never got to start with. I won't be back...
