Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I bought 3 burgers and a 6 piece of the barbecue sauce nuggs. The burgers were fine. Just what I expected. You know, it's Wendy's. It's good meat. They're not. I don't eat the because I need to go. Big loot and free. But I tried the saucy nugs for the heck of it and they were horrible. They weren't very warm.It was way too much sauce on them and the sauce was not good plus they forgot my ranch sauce. I had another experience at this location and it was horrible. I placed my order online on the about 7 minutes later. Waited 20 minutes for my food and got no answers from the man running the counter as to when my food might be rough. So I spoke loudly enough for the person making the burgers to hear me. Can someone tell me how long my order is going to take? And she came over with an attitude telling me. I shouldn't be yelling. I told her how am I going to get you to hear me if I don't yell? I asked her how long my order was gonna take. She basically said she had no I left. ...

we had a very long day and we're traveling home. the taco bell line was extremly long so we came here. Not only did they get the order wrong but when my husband tried to go back and get the correct order, the manager refused to open the drive through window until my husband had to knock on them. She then proceeded to yell at him. Meanwhile the poor guy at the window handled everything calmly and with a good attitude. when my husband handed him the wrong order the manager literally snatched it out of his hands and threw it in the trash along with more screaming. even the window guy said "you don't need to take that attitude" all we wanted was our correct order. there was no reason for the MANAGER to get that upset. clearly the window guy needs to take her job. won't be coming back to this Wendy's. I wish we would have looked at the reviews because it's evident the service...

The food here is always disappointing. I don't expect fast food to be amazing and actually have a pretty high tolerance for imperfect fast food, but the food here is so bad that I literally can't eat it. I would try every once in a while, maybe once a month, because I usually like Wendy's and this one is close to home, but it's always the same. For example, I tried again a couple days ago and the fries were literally uncooked--floppy and with that gross texture only uncooked fries get. The chicken strips looked unusually dark, but when I but into one it was undercooked somehow. The only thing not ruined was the soda, probably because it's not actually made there.
