Zero's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

If I could rate my experience a less than zero I would! I spent 4 minutes on the phone trying to to call in a pick up order for 2 subs. I had to keep telling the women on the phone to " listen to me" because she clearly wasn't listening....which was ridiculous! Finally picked up my order to find that I had absolutely know idea what the heck she had done, but we didn't even recognize what we unveiled. So disappointed. We couldn't eat any of it! I will return tomorrow with the uneaten food to ask for a refund. We tried to stomach the idea of being expected to eat this gross food, which by the way was extremely thrown together with no pride. The experience was awful. I have eaten at zeros for over 40 years and I can honestly say that today will be last time. I am going to the store tomorrow to present them their mistake, explain the disappointment and see how the handle it. I would not recommend ordering at this location. It was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE. I tried to call as soon as I got home 1/2 hr before they closed to tell about the messed up order but apparently they couldn't answer the phone. EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!! REPEAT AWFUL! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The zeros that grew up loving has rolled down the hill. We didn't even eat it.. pathetic. I will be going there tomorrow to return the disgusting excuse for a sub, and I plan on reposting on how they handle the situation. My cat was in the ER, my mom was in the hospital, so no time to cook, desperate to eat I called in the order...we never ate...we do not even eat whatever it is that they made. Didn't recognize anything! SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I would say " don't waste your time or money"...what a terrible...

They over charged me for my order, I Love their subs, order them regularly! But they have not credited me for charging me twice for an order, they were having computer issues! I called them to tell them they had charged me twice, I was told by the owner she didn’t know how to fix it, she would call me back, after she found out to fix it! I have called multiple times, they are not taking any of my calls! I am very disappointed ☹️ on the lack of concern to correct the over charge! I was wondering if they are still open! Does anyone know if they are still...

Food was not terrible tasting but bland, saw the girl grilling the sandwiches drop some meat on the bare counter and pick it up with bare hands and put it on the sandwich, ceiling is dripping everywhere and the place is definitely not clean. Their oven was broken when we got there too. Owner take notice, get a painter for the walls and replace the ceiling tiles, more lights since the place feels dingy, LED's will actually save you money too. A better atmosphere will bring more people and make you more money. The kids working there are ok it's not...
