Everything about this establishment says they don’t care about the experience their customers are having.

It’s the same people each time. They refuse to learn and understand the nations language to ensure they are providing the proper service.

I was communicating my ALLERGY to the guy that answers the phone and he could not understand what I was saying. And because he lacked understanding he got frustrated and hung up the phone.

The extent of their idgaf is even present when they refuse to slow down talking to ensure you understand them. Anyone with an accent who cares to come across appropriately understands that they need to nurture the situation differently.

I have had the same issue with this location each time I’ve gone. Whether over the phone or in person the same lack luster performance is given.

I was even given the wrong food once and they wanted to refuse a refund and/or the remake. (Because why would we order something we don’t eat and pay for it?)

The food isn’t good; it’s convenient. And the fact they refuse to learn how to understand their customers language, lets you know that they could careless if their food poisons you or not.

Sad. Don’t support their community when they refuse to...

Richmond Highway location just opened, not sure if this place is gonna be here for long.

I came in asking for a recommendation, the cashier couldn't really recommend anything and then we just went with their "personal favorite"

Looking at the wings they seem fairly average compared to every other wing in the area.... and thats it they are like every other wing unfortunately, these wings are crispy, but the seasoning was kind of sparse, I got 15 piece I got 1 dipping sauce, came with 3 celery sticks, the combo comes with a drink and fries, and from another customers that was sitting near me you cannot substitute the fries for another side like onion rings.

Drink selection is very average and at this time they have paper straws. They stock coke, sprite,fanta, and Diet coke in bottle and can form, lemonade, powerade( red and orange), ginger ale, and sweet tea, the machine also has a few of these options.

I got the 15piece combo that comes with a drink and some fries, I got moon dust on the wings, not even sure what these taste like but I feel like it's close to old bay. Average from...

The prices have gone up and the customer service has plunged down with the new management The quality, the freshness and customer service. We’re not important. It’s all about making their profit, but they forget that the customer service and quality of food is what makes them succeed in this business. I order 10 wings for $18 with no drinks and no fries and I was given enough ranch sauce for on Wing, if would’ve known that, I would’ve gone to Wingstop got me a better combo for that price. I’ve been coming to the store many times before the new management I never had an issue with the food, quality and service. now they got a lot of extra hidden fees and the menu is a little bit confusing that’s on the wall.
