I've ordered from here 3 times in the past month. The good: the food isn't bad at all. The bad: they've screwed up 2 of the 3 orders I made.
The first mistake was easy. They were out of an appetizer and made up for it by doubling up on another appetizer we ordered. So I ordered from them again a couple of weeks later. Everything came as ordered the second time and like I said, the food is pretty good. That lead to our third order (and second issue from the same restaurant). This second mistake was a little more frustrating. The mistake was understandable. We ordered boneless wing; they delivered bone in.
Correcting a mistake made by the restaurant should be a simple fix; so I called the them. The guy on the phone (who I've spoken two both times there was a problem) sarcastically responded with "what do you want me to do about it?" I suggested that they send over the correct order. His response "you can drive over here and we'll fix the order." Dude ... I paid a delivery fee. I paid a tip to the driver. Now you want me to fix your screw up by driving over to your restaurant on my time and gas. No thank you. So he tells me to contact Grubhub (who I used for the order) for a refund. Okay. I call Grubhub and they refund my order and give me a coupon off future orders. Thanks Grubhub. America's Best Wings? I'm done with your...
Read moreI'm here at the Petersburg location at 28 Crater Road on a Saturday evening. There were approximately 4 people inside upon my arrival. Signage all around says no more than 5 customers in the lobby at a time and to also practice 6ft social distancing. However, while ordering, I was being rushed by the staff takimg the order and before I could sign for my credit card purchase he abruptly called, "next" to take the next customer's order. This means the next customer was standing right next to me approximately 3ft away. I then asked the staff to please exercise social distancing when calling on customers. He said, "We put signs up everywhere and nobody cares." I then stated I cared. A few moments later while waiting he continued to call on the next customer each being within 6ft and some of these customers were without a mask. It was enough disregard for the customers that I am electing to no longer be a patron here. There is no regard for the population this restaurant serves! Why spend your hard earned money for a business that could care less about you as a customer!...

I am doing low carb, so of course I was thrilled to see advertised on their marquee that they sell "Grilled Seafood and Salad". The customer service was awful. Having never visited this establishment before, I asked questions to make sure I understood the menu items. The guy taking my order was visibly annoyed and tried to rush me along. I tried to dismiss because I was eager to try the food. I ordered grilled fish and grilled shrimp and tried to substitute the fries for a side salad. Making this request seemed to annoy the food taker even more. I received my food and hurried to my hotel to eat what I thought would be a great meal. NOT...the fish was on a bed of RICE which was not disclosed in the food description on the menu. My fish was really dry and not edible. My shrimp were cold.
