I went here on August 3rd 2020 and I usually don't go in the inside but the line was so long and I was on my lunch break so I decided to go in I ordered a $5 fill-up which came with a drink. The lady behind the counter gave me my cup and I walked over to the drink machine to get me a Dr. Pepper no ice. I put my cup under the machine and as the drink was coming out literally there was a string of mold hanging from it, instantly I was grossed out so I looked at the machine even harder only to realize that there was mold all over the machine even where the ice comes out. I went back to the counter and told the cashier that there was mold on the machine. There was a lady standing beside me who had just ordered four drinks and she heard me so she walked over to the machine for herself and seen exactly what I seen and ask for a refund on her drinks. The cashier called the manager to the front and the manager asked me to point out the mold and I showed it to her I even told them how to clean it. The cashier went and got some spic and span to clean the machine with 🤦🏽♀️ which I know for a fact is not the proper way to clean the machine. Read moreI ordered the chicken strips family meal via the drive through at 8:50pm They told me it would be a 6 minute wait and to drive around to the parking lot and they would bring it out. I made sure to park right in front of the door so they would see my car with the lights on. At 9:13pm, they still had not brought my order out and they were at the counter closing the register and the doors were locked. I walked to the door and placed my receipt on the glass and asked them whether they forgot my order. I got no verbal response, and the manager alerted someone in the back they forgot my order. I did not become angry and always spoke in a calm voice because it simply was not that serious. No one acknowledged or apologized for forgetting my order AT ALL. After the manager let the cooks know they forgot my order he let me know, with no regret, it would be an additional 9 more minutes; still no apology at all as if the customer service turns off once the doors are locked. Someone else from the back finally brought my meal out, placed it on the counter and said "here ya go man." I picked up my order and at least I SAID ..."Thank you." It was no surprise when I looked on this review platform and saw the over 95%...
Read moreThis issue just occurred today. Went and ordered some food and was told to go to the front and someone would bring my food out. After sitting there fore more than 20 minutes the person that took my order comes out and I ask how long is this going to take. He said he told everyone 15 minutes. However I explained no you never said that. He said he would then go check on the time frame but never came. Couldn't go in because when I tried the door was locked. Someone then came out and said they were out of what I ordered and said he doesn't know why the other person didn't say anything. Then was offered a refund but had fo fet back in the drive through line, so now an extra 20mns. Was there for over 45 minutes for nothing. Normally I don't have many issues with this KFC but this really blew me. Definitely won't be coming back and will stick with Colonial...
