Antonelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I’ve patronized this establishment for the entire 8 years that I’ve resided in Lorton, Va.....on Friday 12/27/19 a delivery driver by the name of Francisco Rodriguez stole and forged a $3.00 tip on my credit card...3$ no big deal right? Only I was overdrawn on my checking account and left to pay $35.0 overdraft fee...I call 12/28/19 spoke to someone I assumed was the manager and was told I’d get a call back next day...never happened next day (today) I end up driving there in hopes to speak with someone...friendly front desk staff called Robert Taylor (Manager) so I could speak with him. The manager basically called me a liar sent me an image of the forged receipt with a mans crazy chicken scratch. during the call Robert Taylor his wife girlfriend I’m not sure who she was was in the background being ghetto answering my questions (again I assume I was on speaker phone)....he offered my 3$ back but refuses to cover the overdraft fee a 20$ Greek chicken salad ended up costing me nearly 50$ although it’s very good it’s not worth that much...I feel lied to cheated, and robbed...on and the kicker is he suggested I file a police report against the driver...what a guy

Authentic Food and Great Prices!

I had an amazing experience here. I ordered a cheese pizza, Onion Rings," and a Philly steak and cheese for just $25. It's refreshing to find a place where your money gets you delicious, well-made food.

The Pizza: The sauce was incredible—you could tell it was homemade. Even without any meat, the pizza was absolutely on point. Every bite was packed with flavor.

The Philly Steak and Cheese: Oh my god, it was juicy and perfectly portioned. They didn't skimp on the meat, and the flavors were spot on.

The Onion Rings: The onion rings were massive, as big as my hand! They came with a special sauce, which was good, but honestly, I preferred them plain—they were that good on their own.

Everything was made to order, which I really appreciated. It took about ten minutes, but the food was worth the wait. You can tell they take their time to ensure the quality is top-notch. I even had leftovers, so definitely a win!

The restaurant was pretty empty when I got there, but don’t let that fool you—people are clearly getting their orders to go. I just wish I lived closer because this would be my regular spot.

We were a little skeptical about trying the pizza here after reading the reviews on how greasy it was. However, that was not the case with ours. We ordered a large pizza and some hot wings and it was great. Food came out fast and hot.

If I were to give the restaurant some feedback about our experience here, I would say to have the staff be more attentive at the front. We dined in and noticed people coming in to order or pick up carry out items and the young kids working the front were always disappearing and people were standing waiting— ourselves included when needing to go boxes when we were finished eating.

Also the dine in option was a little confusing for us and the other guests. I noticed we sat down to order and so did another family and they don’t have wait staff here. We sat down for a few minutes thinking someone would come out to take our order but that’s not the case. You go to the front to order and go back up when you need something else. After we did that, the other guests dining in followed behind. Nobody waits on you, which is fine, maybe let guests know it’s a self serve type of restaurant so people know because we weren’t the only customers...
