We were passing through Emporia on our road trip when when we frequented this establishment. The staff was very unprofessional. There were no customers in the lobby, just me ordering, so I'm assuming the staff felt it appropriate to call each other derogatory racial slurs, use curse words to describe their wanting to get off from work, and made me feel like I was bothering them for ordering. The young lady wearing the purple hair weave, and the younger gentleman working the register need a lesson on how to best show up for work, how to represent themselves professionally, and to understand the negative connotations of racial slurs. My 4 year old was with me and as a diverse patron, I was embarrassed at the lack of awareness, professionalism, and simply put, education on display by the staff. They're young, I get it, but if the CEO of Arby's was to witness how these staffers represented...

This only occurs with their crinkle cut fries. I’ve been eating Arby’s for 29 years STRAIGHT and NEVER had an issue with their fries until I’ve eaten the crinkle cut ones. Read moreThe customer in front of me did not receive the sandwich he ordered. When he told the lady at the cOunter that he had the wrong sandwich. She said she would get another one but the customer had some words with her. At that time the manager came out from the back and told the Customer that he would not talk to his help that way. Then both the customer and the manager were cursing at each other. The manager continued to curse over the heads of those of us that were in line after the customer had gotten the right sandwich and sat down at the table. I guess that manager missed the class of "the Customer is always right". I won't be stopping at that Arbys again. Thank goodness there were no children in the restaurant at the time. Very poor...
