It 5:00PM, only two customers in the store, a simple order, a Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich. What comes out of the kitchen is a King Hawaiian Fish Deluxe. I take the sandwich back and the girls behind the counter look at me like I'm crazy. After some debate amongst three employee's as they look and point at the picture of the sandwiches. They identify the sandwich and state that the girl taking the order hit the wrong button. I sit down, they bring out another sandwich, this time the correct one, without ever apology be offered. So then I start wondering about the price difference in the two sandwiches. So I go back up to the counter and ask how much the NNHF sandwich is. The young lady behind the counter tells me that sandwich runs $4.79. I only paid $4.29 for the King Hawaiian Deluxe so I'm a little baffled. I thank the young lady and return to my seat. Almost immediately another woman comes out with $1.12 and apologies for not refunding the difference of the two sandwiches. Read moreToday I went to Arby's and asked if they could add regular cheddar sauce into the white cheddar mac and cheese I have a child who has autism and food sensory issues he loves mac and cheese and we've had a hard time finding fast food restaurants that would accommodate without missing a beat the manager stepped in and asked if it was because of an allergy and when I told them no it was for a food sensor issue they made sure that the sauce was in there and that it was already stirred in I was anticipating stirring the sauce in myself but very appreciative that they did that My child absolutely loved it and told me he wants Arby's again they are very quick and efficient and caring

Read moreI've been multiple times and this location does not remotely hold up to the Arby's name. The majority of the time the food is far from hot and fresh. Warm at best. I've gone for specific advertised items only to be told that they were not carrying that product even if though Arby's website said that all locations would have it. Unfortunately this is the closest Arby's to me, so I continue to give them chance after chance. That was until this evening. Their hours of operation is clearly listed online as well as on the door, however, at 15 minutes before closing time, I was told by an automated voice at the drive through that they were closed.
