Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

My family really wanted Taco Bell while traveling for a small weekend getaway. We thought, hey let’s get Taco Bell because my son and wife love it so much. When we arrived we were greeted to a long line. Once in line we began the long journey of waiting to order our food, drive through. While waiting my son and I went into the restaurant to use the facilities. Imagine my surprise when we came out and the truck had not moved. We had no forward progression of over 20 minutes. As a first responder if I tell someone when they call 911 it will take 20 minutes, they will be upset and memaw could die. Now obviously Taco Bell does not bare the same responsibility as a first responder, but when trying to get fast food it should take less than 30 minutes. At this point you are thinking the adventure is over. You would be wrong. We then waited for an additional 15 minutes at the window to receive our food. After this we discovered that my son’s order was wrong. I do not understand how the order was wrong since they had to check the receipt for accuracy after I paid. I Went inside and waited another five minutes to get my sons order correct. It should also be noted that the interior of the building was atrocious. The staff seemed confused and unsure of their roles and responsibilities. I am not sure if a supervisor or a manager or on site, but this location would benefit from some supervision. What the heck?? I have NEVER had such a bad drive-thru experience with fouled up orders and inedible items. We repeated most orders twice and ultimately, everything read right on the screen. First, we realized that two of the drinks were wrong (one medium instead of large and two root beers instead of a root beer and pink lemonade), but we wanted to get back on the road. Then we realized the other mistakes: wrong type of chalupa in the box, wrong burrito given, a 5-layer burrito with sour cream after asking for none, and chicken quesadilla instead of cheese. Then, the chips, which were crispy but tasted horrible, sincerely me want to vomit. If you've ever had old corn chips (like REALLY old chips), you know the flavor I mean. Maybe the one chip was so bad that I couldn't get the taste out, but when I finally took a bite of the 5-layer burrito almost 10 minutes later, it was just as foul-tasting as the...

Just got food from here. I ordered and received my drink, I was then asked to wait in the lot for the rest of my order. I ordered a large Mountain Dew with the Grande Nachos box. The order that came to my car was wrong so naturally, I went inside and explained to them that this was the wrong order. I was then told that the order was correct, when I asked “Since when does the Grande Nachos Box come with a taco?” I was then given the correct order. As it was slid across the counter. No big. I get home STARVING and only to be met with shear disappointment. My chicken on my nachos was old and my chips are all in pieces. They need to review their hot holding times for proteins. You’d think that they’d make the food like how’d they want theirs to be. Will not be coming back. Not to mention I believe that I was overcharged. I got these same items a week ago for 9 dollars but...
