Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

I hadn't eaten at Arby's for some time and it had been a couple years since I visited this location. I visited today (Friday) at 12:30pm. Very disappointing. The employees were friendly and did their best but I had to wait to place the initial order and it took several minutes to get the food. I ordered a double roast beef meal - sandwich was great but only gave me 3/4 of a container of fries - frustrating after paying $12+. I ate in and the conditions were terrible - condiment and drink area was dirty, unorganized, only one working ketchup dispenser and it was empty (had to ask for ketchup packs). The floor was sticky everywhere, the tables and chairs were not clean and the windows and doors were extremely smudged (like they hadn't been cleaned in ages). The conditions conveyed that management doesn't care. They need to have regular, quality cleaning (I didn't need to use the restrooms but they probably reflected the same). I don't know that I'll return to this location. It's understandable that the current financial environment yields difficulties in finding and keeping quality staff but the lack of cleaning is the responsibility of management - pay a cleaning service to come once or twice a week. I live in Stephens City and with only a select few dining choices in town we used to love having Arby's as an option. However; lately there seem to be only younger employees who are more worried about closing the doors and getting out by their closing time of 7pm! (I won't question the closing/cleaning procedures that probably aren't being followed) Or there is just a lack of management that allows this? We have been by there twice around 6:40-6:55 and both times (even though there was a car sitting at the window waiting in their food once) we were told they were closed! I rode around the building and was like wow & by the time I pulled out on the main rd the employees were running to their cars at 6:59pm. In addition, their quality of food has decreased dramatically (at least in the evenings) from what I've come to expect from Arby's. My recommendation would be that Arby's corporate office needs to send in a District Manager for a few days/week and take a look at how this franchise is...

The last two times I went to Arby’s there was a bunch of tea scum floating in the tea I mean a lot soon as you take off the lid you can see it floating everywhere there is know way you can fill a cup up and not notice it and I got a roast beef sandwich with dipping sauce when I took the lid off the liquid was so clear you could see the bottom of the cup after I got done eating about a hour later I was sick to my stomach I did not drink the tea they put tape across the lid which is to keep the lid from coming off I get that but it is the first time I ever seen them do that so I didn’t check the tea the second time I never had a problem with anybody at Arby’s but very obvious that it was done on purpose this is the Arby’s in Stephens city the Arby’s in Winchester is...
