If I could put minus 10 for customer service I wouldâŚlong story short NEVER received the pizza, I accidentally put the wrong address one number off which unfortunately for me is the neighborhood pool, i called twice to see where the order was because the app tracking wasnât working itâs an automated system and told me it was on the way since at that time the pizza was already an hour late (meanwhile I have a bunch of hungry kids at my house) so then my phone pinged âdeliveredâ so I called talked to an attitude driven stephanie who basically said you put the wrong address so basically sorry not sorry you have my phone number! No one called me! She claims they did and the whole thing was my fault because of the address, they did NOT call me! So im like okay so what are we going to do refund me or send the pizza again? Again telling me itâs my fault I get it I put the wrong address but you also have my name, card info and phone number! And if no one at the pool claimed the pizza then call me or your office to verify! She told me I didnât need to give her attitude at this point, I donât have one Im just trying to get the problem solved I told her I wanted to speak to the manager since we canât come up with a solution since she wasnât and she said she would make sure they never took orders from me again and she was the manger which is VERY unfortunate for this company! It literally was my first time ordering and I will never again!! Worst costumer service I have ever had in my life!    Read moreOrdered almost $90 worth of food last night of which was a large meatball pepperoni pizza, got home with the order and opened the box to find a plain cheese pizza. When we called the store to see about rectifying the order we were told they were aware of the mix up bc when they keyed in the order the âmeatball pizzaâ button (is that a thing?) would not key in. But instead of idk talking to the kitchen to tell them the REAL order or telling us it wont key in and asking if there was anything else we would like they just decided on their own that a plain cheese pizza would suffice! They then said we were welcome to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get our real and correct order instead of offering to have it delivered (in which I did ask if they could just deliver it due to the inconvenience at which they were at fault for) and they said no bc our original order was not delivery, great job making up for such inconvenience. Then they said they would put in a credit for a free large meatball pepperoni pizza on out next order and took our name number and email stating they would send verification and yet here it is the next day and still no verification of said credit. First he let me rant for a solid 3 minutes without even trying to interrupt, immediately apologized and asked if having my order corrected AND DELIVERED at NO additional cost, if that would make it right. And honestly I hardly ever complain and the pizza was fire but I ordered 8 wings and a wing eater knows youâd get 4 flats and 4 drums. Keep in mind, last week I slipped getting into the car and dropped my wings BUT THAT L WAS ON ME. But I was ready to crush and open the box and its SEVEN drums and one flat and they were burnt and looked dry. Pic to follow lol but my mans Nick saved the day and was so kind and as someone who also has worked in customer service for years, I honestly just wanted it not to happen to the next person that was really looking forward to some wings and was disappointed upon getting home. But Nick and the delivery guy too that had to run out 8 wings to me (I feel ridiculous that poor kid had to do that) but thank you both!! the remake is fire and all is right in the world...
