So we stood at the counter waiting for someone to show up, after 5-6 minutes we finally waved down a guy in the back office who wasn’t working but BS-ing with another worker. He rolled his eyes at me and kept an angry stare at us for asking for different samples.
This guy was in his 30-40’s and apparently doesn’t want to work. He washed his hands for literally 7 seconds, which is unhealthy and risky, and then kept huffing and puffing when my son was trying to decide what flavor he wanted. He also made us ring up at Dunkin’ Donuts and then walked off. The young gentleman named Ivan, at Dunkin’ Donuts was very PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!

After waiting almost 10 minutes (in a dead store) for service, the girl, who seemed to be first day on the job, took nearly 20 minutes to make 1 kiddie cone, a caramel blast (that tasted like peanut butter) and a milk shake. She ended up remaking mine and my husbands twice just for my husband to throw his away as soon as we walked out because his was nothing but milk with snickers chunks. She had to stop and ask someone for help who didnt help her.
