Very Poor customer service, as well as very poor management with area manager, called to resolve a issue, wrong pizzas made as well as poor customer service, instead of being empathetic and resolving the issue or even apologizing the area manager immediately turned fingers on me, and interrogating me, continued to be argumentative and not even let me complete my complaint nor her try to understand the issue, hung Up, called me back just to call me a liar and argue and hang up again. I don’t even care of the order being replaced, however just wanted to bring the customer service concern to the attention, however if management is no better with customer service then I guess it won’t get any better. She even told me go ahead and complain because it only comes to her and she reads them. Well young lady, my advice for future reference is to just listen instead of over talking your customers and badgering them, it may make you job easier and your ratings...

I’ve always ordered from this store, never had a single problem, the staff is nice and I love to purchase through the app so I can pull over and get my order without waiting in line, however back in September I’ve tried to purchase through the app while on the way to the store and somehow the app picked up the Little Caesars close to my location without me noticing. When I arrived obviously my order wasn’t there. Ms.D at the time was so very helpful trying to figure out with the other store...I ended up paying for the food again to go home and feed the hungry kiddos, little I know the nightmare to get Mr. Armando to reimburse me from the food I didn’t pickup. When I picked up the pizza, I took it out to my car and opened the box and saw what appeared to be to be a thin crust pizza. I took it back in, and politely stated that I didn't order a thin crust. The gentleman then went back and got the other guy, when he came, I politely explained to him that I ordered a traditional Supreme Pizza but mine was more along the line of a thin crust. Then the first guy that I spoke with, who was in the back started running his mouth, saying that I always complain, but I have never been in that store complaining.
