Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Virginia

Would NOT recommend to anyone that wants to order a birthday cake! I paid for a PLAIN blue ice cream crunch cake a week before my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I was suppose to pick it up at 10am. That was the earliest time they provided even though they open at 6am on Saturdays. I got there at 9:50 and the employees looked completely clueless when I said I was picking up my cake. I had to then wait a HOUR for my cake to get there. When I finally got to my daughter’s party I put all the decorations on the cake. We sung happy birthday and cut it open and I saw that it’s NOT WHAT I ORDERED!😣 I had to pay an extra fee for a crunchy layer and fudge. There was not an ounce of either on the cake. I don’t understand how all I received was a “sorry”. I didn’t get a discount , no refund or a gift card for the inconvenienceS. I will not be ordering...

Absolutely terrible. None of our items were correct and when I called they hung up on me. I waited and called back and they told me they substituted my items but I asked them why they didn’t call me to confirm the substitutions and they didn’t have an answer. However I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter sundae and they gave me a raspberry ice cream with coconuts, Cholocate fudge, and Oreos. I’m not sure how that is a substitution for a Reese’s sundae but it was terrible. This is the second time they messed up my order and this was the last time I’m ever going to order from this location...

I've gone to this Dunkin donuts/Baskins Robbins multiple times over the past 6 years (because of convenient location) but they have constantly made me regret it every time. They always screw up my order in the drive thru or "forget" items. I ordered a custom cake for a birthday and when I went to pick it up, was shown a cake that had "mysteriously collapsed" (it was literally an ice cream cake cracked in half, don't know how they managed that). I was offered a replacement that was a different flavor than my order and looked horrible. This place has had management...
