Slick new burger spot in the Ashburn / One Loudoun location. Decided to stop by, as was showing around extended family, and we were searching for great (dog-friendly) burgers around the area. First off, the ambiance is rather remarkable and spot-on, being as it's right at the heart of One Loudoun. It's literally on the left side of the Alamo Drafthouse theater (facing in). Parking is best done at any of the free p-garages, and here's how to get to the closest walkable one: Go straight in until you see the big Alamo sign, take a right, then a left one or two streets after, and another right into the covered p-garage. For seating, we had no choice but to go for the outdoor patio seating out front, as we got our dog. Take note that you have to go in to inform the staff, and apparently need to order food inside, and then carry it back to table outside. The menu is attached, and after much deliberation, our group of five had: The Peppercorn Steakhouse -- angus, mushroom burger Brunch Burger -- fried egg, bacon, angus beef burger The Shirlington Hot (2x) -- spicy fried chicken burger Peanut Butter Cup (Shake) Apple Pie Rum Spice (Boozy Shake) The shakes were pretty solid, at least. I had the Peanut Butter Cup shake, and it was pretty spot-on. Similar to other shake variants from other burger or fast food locations. The Apple Pie Rum Spice Boozy Shake was also ordered. It was basically rum with an apple and spice infusion. I decided I liked the unique spin and flavor. Honestly, this seems like one of the best options on the Boozy Shakes menu. I had the Peppercorn Steakhouse, and it was a bit expensive for the price point (closer to 15$) and honestly was so-so and seemed a bit overpriced. I'll give it a pass, however. The Shirlington Hot burger was honestly pretty good. Spicy chicken burger which reminded me of Nashville Hot. I will say that at only one dollar cheaper than an angus beef burger, it was still a bit overpriced. I thought it was slightly better than my own burger. Overall, great spot in One Loudoun area, decent burgers and food (a bit overpriced), passable options for parking, and it's great that outdoors seating is pet-friendly. All in all, would recommend and will likely be back at least once more, to sample other (signature) burgers and shakes on the menu.

Stopped in to get a bite to eat before a movie. The restaurant was moderately busy but we had a minimal wait before having our order taken. Went with the classic burger cooked medium and built it out with grilled onions tomato bacon and bbq sauce plus a cheeseburger with the works. Both burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy and slightly pink in the middle. The buns are a nice brioche and the toppings were fresh. The most important thing imo - these burgers are not greasy. I get acid reflux so grease is a no-no. I didn’t have any issue with this burger at all. Not even with the bacon on top. For that reason alone I would come back but the burgers are also just darn good. There are tables inside and a few outside too. They bring the food to you if you are dining in.

Great first visit experience. From the moment we walked in this establishment for the first time , the end-to-end experience was great! We had 3 total interactions with team members of this restaurant. I can rate all 3 with a five (5) stars because each one involved staff members that understood their menu, were always alert in case customers near the order counter had questions, and the server who brought our order outside (Honduran) very courteous young man also was incredibly helpful and great personality. We ordered the Veggie burger, but we do not like the “Incredible” brand which we do not like or consume. Instead we wanted a real veggie burger - they had the Quinoa version which was great! Thank you for your great food, and amazing staff🙏

horrible experience. upon placing our order we waited a horrifically long time. had this been the only issue it wouldve been excused, however, we then went to check if our order was ready by checking the bags out and it was then ripped out of my hand with some guy repeating “whats the name whats the name” i told him and he said he was working on it and he walked away. cool. whatever. i go up to the main counter to grab our drinks where the worker there, after just helping a customer, walks away as im handed my food. he doesnt do anything just walks around the front until he sees im not leaving. i ask for 2 fountain drinks and he just gives me this dirty look and hands them to me before walking away, no words. we then exit the restaurant to eat our food elsewhere when we realize our fries are missing. now im really getting annoyed. fine we go back, get the fries (which we are given like literally 20 of them(they are small and skinny)) and go back outside. where we then notice all of our toppings are completely missing. such a horrible experience and will definitely not be eating here again. train your employees to give basic human respect and how to read an order...

Watch the prices! We tried to order the Daily Bundle yesterday for $14.99 which comes with fries and a fountain drink. We added a couple toppings for another $3 but when we went to upgrade our side to the truffle fries, our total went to over $23. We asked an associate and he had us go over to the register instead. Same order, but this time our total was over $25. I asked him how does an upgrade from regular fries to truffle fries in the bundle cost $5.50 when truffle fries are $4.99 on the menu? Also, why does upgrading a size even cost the equivalent of ordering the side like normal? The associate just stared at his screen and had no answer. After a long pause, we just gave up and said we'll take the regular fries. No offer to even comp the difference manually. The food was really good which is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1, but the fact that the kiosk prices don't match with the cash register prices which don't match with the menu board prices is very alarming. I shouldn't have to do my own math when visiting an eatery just to make sure they're not overcharging. Such a shame since we enjoyed our meal, but this alone would not make...
