Consistently the WORST bojangles I have ever been to. It wasn't always so awful, but since the virus hit, service has been terrible. And when I say "terrible", I mean the workers are rude to customers and often fight amongst themselves as can be heard and seen from the drive through.
The first bad experience I had there was a few months back, when the drive through operator was ignoring me at the order box while screaming and cussing at fellow employees. Once we finally got to the window, they were almost brawling in there. Taking off aprons, screaming threats at each other... and once we FINALLY got our food, the order was wrong.
Customers are made to wait for much longer than other places, to the point where we twice sat in the drive-through with only a couple people ahead of us and didn't get our food for about 20 minutes.
Also, they are almost always out of chicken! Bojangles is a chicken place and they routinely run out of chicken.
This Bojangles needs a major overhaul. I recommend that anyone craving Bojangles make the drive to Ridgeway or elsewhere....
Read moreI grew up in this area and used to love this Bojangles. I moved out of state 3 years ago and was so excited to finally have a Bojang moment. However, first I was greeted by the Ai ordering bot (who was neither pleasant nor rude) but did not confirm back our order nor was there a screen to confirm so we were already hesitant. The drive through was alright even if it did seem like we had to wait for them to ship the ingredients from a different country or something for taking so long. Half of the things we ordered, they did not even have but their lovely BoLinda was not able to tell us that for us to order something else. We ate here twice, once for breakfast which was drier than a heat wave in the Sahara, much smaller than I remember, and the bo-rounds were absolutely disgusting. Lunch was worse as the chicken sandwich was also so flat and dry you would swear there was no meat at all and it was actually a car tire. Sorely disappointed and now turned off of my once beloved bojang....
Read moreI ordered a 4 pc supreme meal with fries and a sweet tea. The cashier was super friendly and efficient. My issue is with two, well three, things. One is the price which correlates to another concern of mine which is the size of the supremes. I paid almost $12 for what I consider baby supremes. If the prices are going to continue to go up then the portion of the food should reflect said price increases as well. Im unable to attach a picture but the supremes are less than satisfactory for the price charged. Lastly, I ordered SWEET tea and it tasted like flavored water with barely any flavor at all. Definitely not sweet tea. I was very disappointed with my...
