This place does not even deserve the one star rating I gave. I ordered 2 meals of teriyaki chicken. The rice was not fried rice like I was told. It was plain and had no flavor. They used breast meat rather than thigh meat like Most all Chinese restaurants i have been to in the past. I am a Chef and this was my first time here so when I told the woman at the register the food was bland she laughed. I said there was no sesame oil in the rice she responded we cannot use that in our fried rice because of all the allergies here. I said that isn't realistic. Secondly I said there were no eggs or vegetables in the SO CALLED fried rice. Again i was met with a laugh. I told her I did not like or eat my meal and asked for my 41.00 dollars back. She said it's not our fault you didn't like it. I was mortified. Like really? No refund, just a nasty smirk and another laugh in my face. I would never eat here again. And this woman should learn how to deal with customers. It is always the fault of the restaurant if I didn't like whay was served to me. She offered resolution. I have 35 years experience as a Chef and restaurants manager. She acted juvenile and accusatory. I have never seen such horrible customer service. . She was giving Snide comments and childish faces the entire time I stood in front of her. I should have known when the restaurant was empty I was headed into a trap. She blamed the elderly gentleman I had with me it was his fault he couldn't eat the chicken and not the fact that the chicken was dry. She went so far as to tell him it was probably his age thay kept him from being able to swallow the chicken. What an atrocious woman/manager. Just disgusting. We walked out with our food...
Read moreApparently you must select at least 1 star rating to be able to make a post,, as far as I am concerned this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating, reason being I have been in the bed from Friday night until all day on Monday, missed 2 nights work ,, all from makin g the mistake of pulling into this place,I will never eat at this place again. You are taking your welfare into your own hands as far as I am concerned if you eat at this place. I guess that's the chance we take when we eat somewhere that we can't see who is cooking our food, or not cooking the properly or serving bottom of the barrel food that may not be advisable to serve , unless you're more concerned about taking someone's money than the welfare of the customer. Maybe the bottom of the barrel was what I got seeing I was the last customer that night in the drive thru,, maybe this place thought ,, we will go ahead and use what is left , it's our last customer ,then we can go home,, rather than saying, that food has been out for a long time, let's take the time and cook this our last customer for the night a good meal,, I mean the customer is spending $12.00, But as we all know most are not that conscientious, especially when it comes to money and effort. Only people with integrity will possess those kind traits. Will never ever consider this...
Read moreI was getting my oil changed at Mr. Tire, so I decide to walk over and give this place a try, despite my close friends discouraging me (they had a bad experience recently). Glad I did.
The atmosphere was nothing to brag about, but the place was squeaky clean and the staff were very friendly.
I ordered the 'Chicken & Shrimp Combo.' The rice was a bit dry, but not crunchy; it was definitely fresh. The rest of the platter was fantastic, and there was PLENTY, let me tell you.
The price was okay, but everything in the world is little high right now, in my opinion, so no complaint specifically for this place.
There wasn't really table service, but they did bring my food to me, albeit in a styrofoam takeout container. The only silverware was a takeout set with just a fork and a tiny napkin; there were pkenty of spare napkins available in the dining area.
The real question is, "Will I ever come back here again?"
I most certainly will.
