Bojangles — Restaurant in Virginia

I will NEVER go back to Bojangles on Brambleton again! We go there several times a week because my son (whom is autistic) loves their fries! This particular time I ask My son to order while in the drive through to help with social skills/anxiety! He got a little tongue tied, frustrated & I had him continue because I will not always be around! I could hear the lady (use the term loosely) getting irritated when she gave our total so when we got up to the window to pay I said “Can you repeat the order back to me? I want to make sure it’s correct” Her response was an eye roll and saying “Ohh My God”. She had a fake perma-smile on her face and was talking through her teeth! I took a deep breath while trying to be understanding because she don’t know that my son is autistic & maybe she had a bad day! She repeated the order back to me and it was correct! I was looking inside because I could see she was mouthing something to her manager & the manager apparently found it amusing! Also, I wanted to make sure she didn’t do anything to our teas! The lady came back to the window after seeing me looking & said with an attitude “Do you need something” (or something like that) in an VERY unprofessional manner! So at this point all that understanding I previously had went out the door & I said matter of fact yeah I need something. I said I need you to know my son who is autistic was practicing ordering & for whatever reason you find it amusing that someone couldn’t get their words out & your attitude sucks! She kept saying OK... OK... OK... and she then started running her mouth & well things got a little ugly! Meanwhile her manager was just standing their rolling her eyes and didn’t say a word! At one point she stormed off & I assumed she was headed to the front door! Thankfully that wasn’t the case! I know working with the public is hard but at NO point is it ever ok to treat someone the way we were treated! We will NEVER go back to this place! I’ve been going to this Bojangles for years and never had a problem until today. Went through the drive thru ordered two combo and had them bo sized and put everything in a small bag (2 plain steak biscuits and 2 medium fries)We got our food started going down the road noticed we were missing a steak biscuit and the fries were really cold. We went back and had to go through the drive thru again because the number they had listed on the door to call for curbside service was going to voicemail. We get to the window and explained to the cashier that the fries were really cold and we were missing a steak biscuit he asked for the food back and he slammed it on the counter and told the manager we wanted our food remade it tasted like trash. They remade it and we were down the road and noticed our order was wrong still they added tomatoe to both biscuits. I called the number that was listed on the door and left a message regarding what happened. I’m currently waiting to see if he returns my call. Every single time I come to Roanoke for appointments once a month and sometimes a few more times a month I stop at this particular Bojangles. I come from Franklin county . At this location the biscuits are bigger and the sausage tastes better. I love sausage biscuits. These are like the real Bojangles biscuits not those tiny tasteless things over here. And Every time I buy the Cajun sandwich I always get lettuce tomato and extra mayo. The sandwich is always hot, the lettuce and tomato and cold and crispy and that extra mayo we love so much. I mostly go through the drive thru but today I went in. They were busy, it was lunchtime after all. They were friendly and kind and even though they were busy everyone was treated very well as they gave the young man their orders. And I must say I don't know that young man but I appreciated how he had it together and obviously knew what he was doing. The timing on my order was also on point. Everything was correct and absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my trips to Roanoke a pleasure. GREAT JOB Y'ALL...
