This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE. The customer service is incredibly disappointing and the repair service takes forever. I checked my laptop in not once, but TWICE for repair. The first time I checked it in, the lady (who is the worst receptionist of all time) told me that I would have my computer back in a week. I call a week later and she tells me the same thing. Don't you guys have any idea what customer service is?? Have the decency to at least call me and tell me the progress you have made or that my computer repair has been delayed!!! At that point however, I didn't make a big deal. Paid my $250 (which is ridiculous) and was out of there. Next thing I know, a couple of months later, my computer goes bad again. I call them and tell them that I have done absolutely nothing other than school work on it and they tell me they will look at it. TWO WEEKS WENT BY AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON THE REPAIR. WHAT THE HECK! I called them repeatedly every day for a week and no response (my guess is they have caller ID and decided to ignore me). When my computer was finally ready (THREE WEEKS LATER mind you), I finally got a call. I had to get my friend to pick it up because I was now on vacation. The man tried to tell my friend that I was watching porn on my laptop (how rude!!!) when this is absolutely false. Then, he charged me another $45 for "RE-INSTALLING" the software (which he had to do last time as well)...WHAT BULL. I strongly advise anyone or any company to STAY AWAY BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT INTERESTED IN YOU OR SERVING YOU...
Read moreI called them up to get an estimate to do some work around my house. The day that they were suppose to come over they showed up 5-6 hours late. I had to call them to find out that they were stuck in traffic. They told me that they were going to go to another job to wait out the traffic then head my way. Never heard another word from them until almost 6pm. My original appointment was for 10-11am time frame. A simple call or text would have been sufficient to keep me updated.
The worst part and the reason for the one star is that I still don't have an estimate. Their first response when I inquired about the estimate sometime later was that they sent it. I looked again in my inbox and spam and still didn't see it. So I asked if they could try sending it again. I received no response and no estimate. I contacted them again asking for the estimate and gave them a different email address. Still no response and no estimate.
$80 down the drain but lesson learned. I hope the $80 you stole was worth the lost business from me and...
