Used Uber eats. Remini's forgot an entire meatball sub (my son's dinner) When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was VERY rude to me and insisted that I only ordered one but when I looked it up on the app and told her 3 times, she reluctantly looked it up and said oh yeah you did order 2, what do you want me to do about it? 😮😮 I asked her if she could have it delivered back to me... (we had already waited an hour on this deliverys) she quipped, NO you have to call Uber for that. Well of course they're not going to do that because it was not their problem. Also, I ordered chicken marsala which was inedible because when I opened the container it smelled so strongly of alcohol I could not eat it and trust me I like alcohol. LOL. I even held it up to my son and said smell this..He said that smells like floor cleaner. Its as if they forgot to make enough sauce and dumped some wine in there. I took it to the sink and threw everything in a colander and rinsed it off with water hoping I could eat it the next day with some marinara sauce from my freezer but even the next day it was inedible so basically I paid $60 for one meatball sub and a soup and sandwich (that was a problem too) and a chicken marsala that I had to throw in the trash.... did not even include marinara for the spaghetti with the marsala! A friend of mine who knows the owner, told me I should go by there and talk to the owner but the HORRIBLE experience I had this night prohibits me from doing so I only hope restaurant owners read these reviews and train their staff to treat people better because we have a lot more choices in the valley especially when it comes to Italian.
I'm only sharing the half Of what happened but that's enough. On the plus side UberEats was fantastic and my delivery driver was very friendly. I think I'll just continue to cook from now on which I enjoy anyway my chicken marsala is a thousand times better than this place. Shame on y'all
First picture..... Marsala sauce is definitely not a sauce. It was NOT reduced at all here you can see here it's just liquid.....basically they just poured some wine in there and threw it in a box. True marsala needs to be reduced by a half...... Translation cook that for a little while until the alcohol is out of it. Gross. Third picture: notice there is no marinara anywhere near the spaghetti and you can see from the fork but it's sticking together. I question whether this was fresh pasta. 2nd picture : whatever this hideous monstrosity of pretend potatoes are. Just no. Just tasted like burnt grossness wirh OLD oil. Certainly this is the worst review I've ever given a restaurant but for good reason. Don't think just because you have a takeout order that you can miss treat your customers. Disclaimer: had to edit to get my photos to upload again and also I'm using voice to text so pardon...

Total disgrace to Italian food and the restaurant business. Only redeeming quality is location.
Ambience 2/5 The decor was good and would have been more suited to a southern restaurant more than Italian.
Service 1/5 To start I ordered 3 waters with no ice. The waters were brought with ice and I had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to show up and then only bring 2 glasses with no ice. That was probably the shining moment of the whole experience. As soon as the waters came I ordered the salmon special, shrimp and scallops, and a veggie flatbread.
Each wait between seeing a server was about 20 odd minutes. She was definitely a veteran there and didn’t even know her own menu (read food section for more details).
Food 0/5
I ordered the salmon special, shrimp and scallops, and a veggie flatbread.
The flatbread came out first and was completely bland. None of the veggies were cooked. It was nothing but sams club naan with cheese and raw veggies. I’m not even sure if the veggies were cleaned. I had to dump salt on it for any bit of flavor.
The salmon dish and shrimp dish came out together. The scallops and shrimp dish had no salt or seasoning, it was like he just threw it in the microwave and thought seasoning would magically show up.
The salmon special was absolutely horrid. There was no salt, tons of spinach, and shredded salmon. I’ve never had shredded salmon except once out of a can. My wife is pregnant and just couldn’t stand it so I waited 20 minutes for a waiter to show up just to ask how the food was before telling her that we needed a replacement. She didn’t even know there was another seafood dish on their 2 page menu. We ordered the mahi mahi entree as a replacement.
Just a reminder - my wife is pregnant. They bring out the mahi mahi entree and it was soo raw that it could have swam back home. Eating raw seafood is one of the most dangerous things to do during a pregnancy! I waited for the waiter to show up but she never did. I went to the receptionist after waiting 20 minutes just for her to spend another 8 minutes looking for the waiter. I asked my waiter to speak to the manager and head chef.
Manager & Chef 2/5
The manager walked up after 10 minutes to only say he’s also the chef. I calmly explained to him that the food was well under seasoned and the fish was raw and a big danger to my wife; for him to only defend himself saying there was salt in the dish and dismissing the raw fish.
After repeating what I said multiple times he tore apart the fish and made an excuse that fish takes a long time to cook, which is the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard since most fish cooks under 5 minutes. I don’t think he ever learned that the customer is always right.
He got a 2/5 because he did comp the raw mahi mahi and the horrid...
Read moreI really hope the owner is able to see this. People who know me personally know that I really don't mince words when it comes to my reviews.
Me and my guest dined there last night. I can see from the others who were there and watching the amount of takeout orders that this must have been just an off night. That said, it's all I have to judge by. I ordered the Philly. It came with house made chips. I love kettle chips, but these were a bit thicker. I got a fair portion of them. I feel I would have eaten a lot more if they had a bit more salt on them. When it came to the Philly, WOW. It was served on their buttered sub roll. The portion was huge. I asked for extra mushrooms and onions, but I feel that didn't make up for the huge portion. I ate it all, but again it really did lack basic salt and pepper. Just a bit would have topped it.
My guest went for the meatball sub. Same for their chips. They would have enjoyed them a lot better with a bit more salt. Keep in mind, they need to be salted right out of the fryer or it won't stick. They also enjoyed the sub roll but they also commented on the lack of flavor. When I tried it, again, just not enough salt to bring out the true flavors.
So, now comes the sad part. Where was our waitress? Once we got the food, that was the last she checked on us. Had she come by just once we could have got some salt. But the WHOLE time we ate, Marla, our waitress sat at the back of the restaurant with her head down, playing with her food. With our food finished I just started asking a few other employees questions about the food and desserts.
Bri stepped in along with Meaghan (sorry if I got their spellings wrong). They didn't know all the answers, but you know what? They found the answers, plus they were around to ask. I would have thought our waitress would have seen our interaction and stepped up, but that cell phone held her attention.
So, finally she did get our check. I'm sorry to say, I hate using the tip as a learning toll, yet the tip is earned and not a given. So ultimately, 10% to her and then I went to the register in a separate transaction with the other 2 girls, bought a dessert and left them a $10 tip once i made sure it would go to them.
I wasn't wrong. From my car, I could see the 2 girls clearing my table, the most work done at that table besides eating that huge Philly.
I would love to try again, hoping it was an off night and maybe the internet/texting...
