Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Virginia

Stopped by for a mobile pickup order as this was the closest Starbucks to me. I'll probably make the drive to a physical location rather than this one in the future. I ordered a hazelnut shaken expresso for me and a pink drink for the husband. The expresso did not taste super like a hazelnut flavor, but I could definitely taste the expresso so I was satisfied. The pink drink did not look pink at all, had no strawberries in it, and I honestly thought it was just coconut milk. Now I do not go to Starbucks very often so I wasn't willing to question the barista about my drink, and I'm not the type of person to speak up and say 'hey somethings wrong'. I'll just take what you give me and write a review on it later 😂 they probably just ran out of whatever the pink drink is made out of, but I think it's up to the staff to explain "hey I can't make this drink but would you mind this substitution?" That would be much more appreciated rather then serving...

4 people standing in line, I’m the 3rd, she takes the first two orders then when I get up to the counter says oh we’re going on break.. instead of saying anything when me and the lady behind me first got in line she makes us wait forever as she can’t figure out how to ring the first two people up. I came to this location a week ago and figured she was new. I had to repeat my order over 5 times for her and finally the other barista just stepped in and did it for her. It wasn’t a complicated order, caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I didn’t get aggravated because I know how hard it can be to be new. But here a week later she still can’t figure out how to work the register and her customer service skills are...

Staff was nice enough, but when I ordered a mocha I heard one guy say they were out of mocha sauce. Instead of just asking me what else I might want, the girl who took my order told him they had mixed other ingredients together to make it taste like a normal mocha?? It tasted like artificial sweeteners and was gritty like raw cocoa powder. I would have never accepted if they were honest about what the mocha sauce today was made with.
